I have actually read about Kobe's mom selling his memorabilia.
I have actually read where Kobe wrote about offering to buy his parents a home, but it wasn't good enough.
I have actually read about Kobe's parents refusing to attend their son's marriage.
I have not read that his in-laws were living in mansions and driving luxury cars...I am not saying they weren't; but I am not privy to that.
