How crazy is it for the last Lakers game with Kobe Bryant on this earth was in his hometown and the next one is Clippers at Lakers, an all-LA matchup?
Condolences to the Bryant family, their loved ones, and those of the other crash victims as well.
I think it is shameful that they didn't even cancel games.
I'm a Kobe stan, so take it for what it's worth, but I do believe they should retire the number league wide. He's indisputably a top 15 player, in many top 10s, some top 5s, the GOAT to some. Dead at 41, didn't even get to live to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. I really believe it would be an appropriate honor.
Man am I the only one troubled by comments like this? I don’t know why they bother me but it just seems shitty to say when someone dies and instead of mourning them you turn to this type of comment.

I don't know man.....Wiggins still inconsistent but he surely wasn't the problem tonight. I turned that shit off by the 3rd quarter but he was beasting tonight. Seems like Towns was the one who failed them. He's too big to be getting 8 boards.
Wiggins is a solid #3 on a team. They need another option there. We gotta remember though Wiggins is only 24 years old. He was sold to be some Kobe/Lebron type superstar and he may never get there. But if he keeps improving his game and start developing other ways to contribute other than just scoring? He'll be a much better player.
For 30 mil a year you can't be 3rd option...
They should have let him walk and spent that 147 mil on quality players to put around Kat...
I mean on who though? You gonna spend it on a Harrison Barnes or Chandler Persons type dude? Because that's all that's available in free agency. Only players that hit free agency are the ones other teams don't want for the most part. They not getting AD, they not getting Greek Freak.....Its just what it is. If we being realistic about it....Wiggins is better than any other player they could've gotten in free agency.

I’m tellling you man that Davis trade.....that was the best deal out there for them. Lonzo getting his feet wet. Pelicans are going in the right direction. We just gotta see if they gonna be patient enough to ride this out without trying to speed up the process.
