That's her partner and he married is what chat is saying. She been sleeping with him for over a year.
What they leading up to is her not being tired, but was browsing the web and messaging her partner flirting. Expecting him to come over that night cause she was horny.
 
Everybody knows there's a justice system for whites and a justice system for blacks. The trick is not to beat them over the head with it but to maneuver them into admitting it themselves.

At the very least she should be convicted of manslaughter and tampering with evidence.

I still want to know what's being done about those cops that helped with her cover-up.

Nah but was right before. What the prosecutor is showing that while she was on the phone with 911 that she was texting dude to come here now, she's in trouble. Then she and he deleted their texts after.

I never believed she was fucking Botham, but now I'm wondering if she went to his apartment cause she did know him and came home horny cause she knew the cop partner wasnt gonna see her that night. She was a freak it seemed. If they drop her texts and show that she texted Botham, that will be the end.

Then the other thing I vaguely remember was that the parking garage had the levels indicating the floor you were on and some person that lived there said that the management removed the signs after the shooting. Maybe I'm wrong but thought there was a vid of that. Her attorney said there were no signs at the door exiting the garage going into the apartments

We discussed the floors earlier, I believe it goes to a 5th floor and that's open for the parking structure. Think there's a lounge up there overlooking it.

You'll notice I said, "at the least." You have to be careful. If you go for a stiffer charge, you must provide more proof. And in that scenario, it's quite possible a not guilty would come back for reasonable doubt.

Don't get me wrong, I think she should get the needle, and those cover-up cops should all lose their jobs but you have to do it right so she doesn't skate.

And then there's the sentencing. So, she's convicted for murder 1. So what? The judge might not agree with murder 1 and give the lightest sentence possible.

We got to dot the i's and cross the t's on this one Famo.

The prosecution asked Rivera if it was common for police to take a person's phone as evidence. He couldn't commit to an answer because a definite would have totally fucked Amber. They pulled all the deleted shit and the stuff they couldn't, they got time stamps. If cop boot licking and jury/witness tampering doesn't happen, the prosecution has a really good case. They explained the weed, they explained how messy Botham was, they explained how that 911 didn't mention anything about Amber's life being in danger.

Finally getting a chance to see some of this trail. I always try to figure out some of their moves because they have been playing chess for a little over 6 thousand years. Our health is always been in danger. Getting shot is a fast way of destroying it, but there has always been money in destroying the health of the masses in other ways. And those ways are always making money and getting more power.

There were a bunch of texts of them flirting throughout the day back and forth. Then same time of 911 call, she was texting him to come to her now, she needed him and how she really messed up now. Kept trying to call him and he was in another room away from his cell.

Rivera said he deleted the messages, because he normally deletes his messages. But didn't delete the flirting messages it seems.

Quick summary.....
He & Amber were snapchatting, sending dick pics & pussy pics
She even pulled over to the side of the road
I can bet that bitch was fingering her pussy
Stupid bitch wasnt paying attention at all
Walked by all kinds of signs that she was in the wrong place
The door was not locked, so when she came in, she saw "big black man", got trigger happy & shot Botham

Then the cover up began.....
Mother fuckin cops gave her preferential treatment
She was still texting her lover before & even during Botham was bleeding out, while on the 911 call, & still texting afterwards
The bitch deleted her texts (evidence)
Both of them deleted texts from each others phone

On top of the "mistake of fact" claim, now her lawyers are trying to also say that Botham "charged at her & she feared for her life & fired in self defense"
