That's not what I take out of this. IMO the Democratic Party needs to respect black voters. We got trump because they tried to force Hillary on us. Hillary should have been FINISHED politically when she didn't concede to Obama after losing. Instead they threw FULL support to her and she lost. Now they are trying to shame us into voting for a woman with a bad track record with us just because she is Black. Who picked Kamala to be the Black representative? Certainly not us.
The only ones saying she is the black rep are republicans trying to use it as a excuse to bring up her record.

I don't vote based solely on color. I like whoever gonna swing left and progressive, and represent the people righteously.
This means I will not vote for a Democrat who is conservative or in the status quo Clinton camp. I don't give a fuck if grump is president again. He will force the dixiecrats to the left so in the end it's all for the good. I wanted whoever I vote for to be atleast inbetween the Obama to FDR range. You got to be more progressive than Obama. Not voting for the lesser of evils.
Lastly, voting is the least of things you can do for the country. It's time to get way more active than that. Tired of motherfuckas acting like voting is the solution to this corrupt system. Tired of the two party politics in which both parties neglect and abuse black people.

Funny thing, I was listening to Larry Wilmore podcast Black on the Air. He argues exactly what Watcher said. He says historically, the incumbent doesn't lose the presidency if the economy is doing well. That doesn't mean that he is a trump supporter, he (Larry) actually a diehard democrat.
I believe that If the Democrats run a progressive left leaning campaign like Bernie did in 2016, they can win. The problem for Hillary in 2016 is that Tramp came across more progressive and anti- status quo than she did. He was lying but he fronted like he was a populist candidate and Hillary ran as the arrogant establishment candidate.

I can't say Kamala is the best choice or not, I don't know enough about her. But IMO she remains a strong candidate. But I do know, Kamala would definitely be someone Russia would not want in office.
