No Pacquiao vs. Thurman thread????

Cant wait to Errol tear Shawn ass up, cause if Manny want them problems, he gon get destroyed fucking with Spence.

Manny wants nothing to do with Spence. Matter of fact, he had a chance to fight Spence and chose Thurman instead.

Manny looked good in the first half of this fight and hung in tough for the remainder. The issue is Manny’s conditioning, and this is where Spence will fuck him up.

Floyd made it look easy but it wasn't an easy fight..the discipline Floyd had in the ring that night to make Pacman look like that was amazing...Floyd is a bad dude man

Wonder who Pacquiao is gonna fight next?...don't think he will fight the Spence - Porter winner and he aint messing with Crawford...why do I think he would fight Mikey Garcia for some reason?...I wouldn't let my fighter fight Pacman without VADA testing..40 year old all time greats beat up young champions from time to time but the movement Pacquiao displayed at 40 was eye opening

During the fight, Lennox and Joe Goosen were talking about how Thurman only went straight back when Manny was coming after him, which was obviously a mistake. Floyd went straight back and then immediately darted to the left as soon as Manny got close. He did it the whole fight and Manny could never catch him. Floyd is a natural counterpuncher, though, so he pretty much always fights going backwards. Thurman is more of a pure boxer-puncher. He doesn't know how to evade as well... neither does he want to.

I think Spence is too big for Pacquiao.... But they will probably fight anyway. Somebody has to put Spence over as the new King.

Floyd actually employed a good jab in that fight too. He usually went with lead rights but he stopped Manny from jumping into his offense through an excellent jab and kept making him reset.

I think Spence is too big too but no one has ever walked PAC down and KO him. Spence will have to outwork him over 12 and he will likely get tagged doing so. If you not a counterpuncher Pacquiao gonna give you trouble at any age.

They wanted Mikey but Thurman was there. Manny has options: Danny, Jeff Horn rematch or Khan as a stay busy fight.

Thurman might want to leave the pizza alone before a big fight

Nah. Dude just can't take a body shot. Its like some King Hippo shit.

Yo one thing about this win tonight, is you about to see all the Pactards hop back on the scene. Not as ferocious as pre 2015, but they'll have a sizable presence.

Nah, they're out in full force. They ones I seen aren't as vocal about wanting a Mayweather rematch though, but they're talking shit.

Broner's right, at the end of one of those rounds Thurman, did look like he wanted to quit.
Broner had that same look at one point against Maidana....Broner didnt quit and neither did Keith....I know why Broner going after Keith but the quitter implication doesnt apply...Keith tried against Pacman and did far more than AB and even took his loss better on top of it

Thurman landed more punches but didn't seem sharp.
He kept leaning forward (looking like Andre Berto)
He only had 1 fight since coming back from injury (22 months) and needed at least 2-3 fights
He looked awkward several times and lacked timing. Good Fight nonetheless

Pac better stop right there cause Spence will kill that boy

I hope not. ..that issue is settled no matter what Pacman fans think....a win over Floyd now would prove nothing as he is retired...another loss to a now-retired Floyd would be a humiliation
He's a prizefighter, he made at least 20 million for this fight. he'll make 30 million for a Spence or Crawford fight, he'll make 150 million for a Mayweather rematch, best believe Mayweather and his people are already working on making this rematch.

Yeah when you put it like that...they did make a ton of money from the first fight

That and the size. Spence if he beats Crawford probably can go all the way up to supermiddle weight

Rematch wouldnt be the worst fight in the world if they trying to duck the other killers in the division...think Thurman would win it...Pacquiao's quick footwork clearly was a surprise to him...wouldn't be the second go round
It will be the same result.
How could the footwork have been a surprise to a professional? Even I knew that.

You think you know....Pacquiao is very unique with his style....you never know until you been in there just how fast he is...Thurman knew Pacquiao's footwork was good but didnt know how good....he would have a different strategy for dealing with that now...very hard to get a sparring partner that can approximate Pacquiao
