The "Squad" speaks, Daaamn gurl, tell him how you really feel Ilhan...MSNBC didn't bleep shit

Yeah if Mitch said... Ray was a guy who did something ... you Damn right.

As a black person I would be mad if that was all he said.

But she said

“CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.”

She was clearly talking about CAIR being founded because some of us did something and all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.

That’s two different things....

Plus chick still clearly has an accent and English isn’t her first language.. but you clearly tell what she was trying to say...

If you look at the rest of the speech.. this is what she meant..

Yet repubs are pointing to one phrase. And yes she has said shit that I don’t agree with.. but I’m not going to let Kats come make an issue because they refuse to see actual truth before their eyes.
You eating that bait like lemon pepper wet lol

I just enjoy roasting bitch ass niggas wherever I encounter them and I happen to be encountering you in multiple threads.

Self importance ain't importance lol nobody gaf about you like that to chase you around no message board you gotdamn dummy.

Not really man. You largely speak in platitudes and campaign slogans as of late. You type alot but dont really say much. Its like a cheap rightwing monologue trying to pass itself off as "centrist" and "objective". Its weird man.

No thank you. I find it mildly entertaining but have noticed it seems to be getting progressively worse. Also, i only ignore FTP's. You arent a tranny posting fagget are you? Lemme know.

Sir, what the hell kind of de-escalating, neutral, softening language is:

“CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.”

That’s akin to saying something along the lines of: “NATO was founded after WW2 because they recognized that some people did something and that some of our member nations were starting to lose access to their civil liberties.”

Are you fuggin’ kidding me?!!

Listen, I get it - she’s a proud Muslim woman. But when it comes to 9/11, if you’re an American representative, that, ’I don’t want to go too hard on my religion’ bullshit melts away immediately.

You say Radical Muslims attacked America in the worst and largest massacre of US citizens in our history (*and for New York it was their second successful attempt).

Not “some people did some things and we started losing access to our civil liberties.”

Really? Guess what sweet tits?! So did 300 million other Americans because that attack generated the PATRIOT ACT, and FISA abuses, DROPOUT JEEP, and PRISM AND XKeyscore. ECHELON. Carnivore. Dishfire. Stone Ghost. Tempora. Frenchelon....

Not to mention the billions sunk into the war and thousands of US lives lost both in active theaters and false theaters (Iraq).

So no darling - give that act the proper verbiage it so rightfully deserves.

But it was some people.
A handful out of millions.
Trump goes harder on these ladies than the country that supplied the highjackers.
He has no problem befriending the Saudis.
So fuck the verbiage

This is Trump on the day of the attack bragging about his building being the tallest again:

September 11, 2001

"40 Wall Street actually was the second-tallest building in downtown Manhattan, and it was actually before the World Trade Center the tallest, and then when they built the World Trade Center it became known as the second-tallest, and now it's the tallest," Trump, then a real estate developer, said in a call to the local television station WWOR just hours after the attack.

"And I just spoke to my people, and they said it's the most unbelievable sight, it's probably seven or eight blocks away from the World Trade Center," Trump continued, "And yet Wall Street is littered with two feet of stone and brick and mortar and steel."

Trump a few years back on the memorial

September 11, 2013

"I would like to extend my best wishes to all, even the haters and losers, on this special date, September 11th," Trump tweeted on the 12-year anniversary.

Finally, this is Trump dancing with the people who attacked us...

I don't understand why it's so hard for Dems to use Trump's words/Tweets against him. Just say the same thing he's saying about you back at him.

The ladies didn't bring their A game either, but the B game was still very effective.
Every time the baboon in charge expresses his "disgust" at something …. at how "disgraceful" something is ….. the "language" someone uses ….. it's a mirror of the same shit he does …. on the regular

I’m not sure, but I heard you blow dudes through a gloryhole at the YMCA.
It’s ironic, you call me a troll and yet you follow me into every thread and quote me.
Have I neglected you, son? You need a hug from me or something? I’m sorry, sweet pea. You can get a pat on the head and attaboy. Feel better?

.

Well I didn’t vote for Trump. As I said above I abstained.

But I do at times find his straightforward candor refreshing. You’ll never not know what’s on his mind, for better or for worse.

Nonetheless, like any president, some policies I agree with-others I think are bat shit insane and vehemently disagree with.

Is he the best president, hardly. But he has been the best POTUS at getting the American citizenry to wake the hell up and pay closer attention to the federal government, and reinforcing the importance of presenting and supporting the right candidate.

Equals a vote for Trump ...... thanks ….. :hmm:

.

Equals a vote for Trump ...... thanks ….. :hmm:

So I should have voted for the Hikkkalry?
The woman who said black people “should be made to heel” like a dog.

The dry as a rice cracker woman who doesn’t season shit but now suddenly carries a little bottle of Tabasco in her purse?

The woman who highjacked a party and weaponized it against the constituents in her own party?

If she does that to her OWN people what do you think she’s willing to do to her own citizens?

Yeah, nah, neither earned my vote. Send another.

Trump is blowing every dog whistle and saying every buzz and charged word in these tweets to rattle his base. This dude was like, I am going to tweet this and lie about this and throw this word in there to rattle his base. Dude has no cut cards. He will say anything to try to persuade people. Trump is truly a psychopath.

“Some people did some things”
If you think that the appropriate way for an AMERICAN REPRESENTATIVE to frame up the most henious attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor, then unquestionably you have a distorted view of what a US Rep’s job is, Irrespective of their religious affiliation.

Emit Till, “Some people did some things.”

Boston Marathon Bombing, “Some people did some things.”

16th Street Baptist Church, “Some people did some things.”

Pearl Harbor, “Some people did some things.”

WT1, “Some people did some things”

Foh.

By being a disaster and a idiot and using bigot talking points; but is America really woke; and oh lets not forget that tax shit that was passed that will help to ruin the economy; along with the numerous of bigot justices on the bench now...but hey I guess America is woke:dunno::hmm:

I just posted the exact quote from her speech... with the full sentence.

Again her quote was:

“CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties. So you can't just say that today someone is looking at me strange, that I am going to try to make myself look pleasant. You have to say this person is looking at me strange, I am not comfortable with it, I am going to go talk to them and ask them why. Because that is a right you have. (Editor's note: CAIR was actually founded in 1994.)”

She was wrong about when it was founded but her point was that some Muslims did something and as a result of their actions.. all Muslims were starting to lose access to their civil liberties... CAIR was set up to prevent actions like that from continuing.

That is an accurate statement.....

She also gave this speech at an American Islamic event... in a room Full of people who were also Muslim.

You are hanging on to one phrase in a speech whose main point was about the prejudices that Muslims face today. And even in that phrase... she did not say 9/11 committed by some people doing something... she was using it refer to the purpose of Chair.

That’s like two different things... If she said “I believe personally that 9/11 was an act committed by some people (not Muslims) who were doing something (not blowing up buildings) then we would have a different story.

I’m not being high and mighty... I’m just stating facts. You have to look at the context of this phrase. I think it’s pretty clear when you read the transcript.

Fonz - This board is being infiltrated by the white supremacist and their negro lackeys - ignore them and just talk to folks who know that the Republican party who support Trump at a 90% approval rate (they have never supported a GOP president at that rate) has become an overwhelmingly racist, xenophobic party.

It’s like the Flat earth threads... I engage just to keep my mind active.

I wasn’t even paying attention to ol girl until he said the “some people” like... then I did research and discovered that it has become a republican talking point..
a point that they are misconstruing. Now I’m enjoying watching a republican try and explain ... how her quote doesn’t fit with what they are trying to say.. it’s like they are straight up twisting themselves into a knot when it’s so much easier to admit that they are wrong.

This board is being infiltrated by the white supremacist and their negro lackeys

This board is being taken over by political discussions - and guess what - we don't all have the same beliefs, so there are going to be disagreements and debate.

Your beliefs don't make you any blacker than anyone else on here.

I ain't a Trump supporter but man fuck these crazy bitches, they don't represent me. The shit they talking ain't for African Americans :smh:

There was an excellent article on CNN website describing the two americas. One, that trump panders to, still thinks, acts, and believes the way whites did when they slaughtered the Natives and enslaved Afrikans. The other believes differently.

The author essential said this country is in the exact same place it was before the civil war: divided and uncompromising.

Here it is. It's not a long article and well worth reading.

by simple arithmetic that means u voted for trump.
0 + 0 = 1? :smh:
Your arithmetic needs work, sir.
You don’t earn my vote as a block. That’s not the way I choose to use my right.

Also, Trump lost the popular vote.
Also also, I live in a Blue state. No matter whom I vote for, all my electorate votes go to Dems.

With the whole statement made by Omar, it kills me that to this day grown men and women are too dull to understand nuance and context... and will willingly be ignorant in order to keep their twisted point of view

Which nuanced statement?

The hardly thinly veiled anti-semetic comments about Israel and Jews?

The one where she framed the US Amry in the same light as Al-Queada?

Yeah, not all of us are dumb enough to go for her “context” head fake. She knew what she was doing and saying.

She’s painfully pro-Muslim and anti-Jewish, and damn near anti-American. She’s not in office to represent America, she’s there to push her own pro-Muslim, radical progressive agendas.

She so Pro Muslim it’s to the point where she never says the words radical Muslims or frames them poorly.

“Some people did some things”. The most obtuse fucking pronouns ever to describe the largest domestic tradgey in modern American history.
