That's great man. Proud of your progress .Man I was 287 DOWN TO 193 Took years for me to research and understand what I needed to do but Im better now as a result. That cheap ass juicer I bought just broke. Gonna buy a better one but in the mean time gonna do a switch in a lil bit here and buy another lol

Juicing waste a lot of the fruit and veggies.
When I put pineapple in the vitamix I put the core in also. They claim there are lots of nutrients in that part.
You will love that vitamix. A tip I don’t I don’t put ice in my smoothies I use frozen fruits keeps the smoothies from being watered down

Not for me. I concentrate on greens. My juices consist of the follwing
kale
spinach
chlorello
celery
cucumber
cilantro
parsley
spirulina
beet powder
ginger powder
wheat grass
Then my smoothies
protein powder
egg white powder
flaxseeds
chia seeds
cinnamon "Ceylon
wheat grass
spirulina
beet powder
ginger powder
same here, greens then add carrots pineapple and apples for taste

and it does get expensive i think we are avg 60 a week in produce to make this daily since this substitutes drinking regular juice / soda, etc....
I'm bumping this thread since I've started the juicing journey today.
Thanks to all that have posted ingredients, recipes with portions, etc.
While I'm certain this will be a challenge initially, I will do my best to stick with it and see it through.
