Mueller Report Out! (AG Barr Edition: download within)

Having read a lot of this report, I'm kind of shocked by how brazenly Trump obstructed Justice.

I'm not.

I'm shocked at how it hasn't destroyed him.

I hate dudes who beat women but at a certain point I begin to resent the women who continue to allow/accept it without doing shit.

When it happens once or twice you are victim, when it happens repeatedly without you taking action you are a willing participant.

I say that to say we, as a country, have gone from being victims to willing participants in our own demise.

Gawd damn.. I come back to 143 notifications.. LOL

You should have seen that coming with the work you're putting in.

I've gotten seventy likes by just posting a gif before lol.

All jokes aside though I appreciate your analysis/breakdown in this thread.

After working and doing paper work all day there was no way I would even attempt to read this and it's impossible these days to find an honest breakdown of this type of information that isn't fueled by political bias.

Without your breakdown I would have been a lot less informed about this shit:cheers:

Holy shit.. page 271..

The president told McGahn that Comey indicted the FBI could make a Public statement that the President was no under investigation if the DOJ approved..

Gawd damn.. Trump can't do nothing by lie.
fam slow down, english first

IN the termination letter to Comey.. Trump wanted to Rod to put in the letter that "Comey refused to tell the President that he wasn't under investigation"... WOW..

White House Counsel Notes: The president's original termination should not see the light of day..

WOW

Yeah...and that women-beating example is a good one.

It’s these old ass establishment Dems.. they need to fuckin go

Its honestly not them it's their base.

Not that I give them a pass but the reason this shit is happening is that the Republican base will remain loyal/strong no matter what.

The Democratic base is fractured and iffy.

For example even if a situation similar to the Hillary/Bernie shit happened to their party they still would have towed the party line when it came time to face the Democrats.

The left doesn't have that.

footnote 445.... According to Hunt's note, the referenced to termination letter's reference to Comey's statement would indicate that notwithstanding Comey's having informed the president that he was not under investigation, the President was terminating Comey...
-- McGahn said that he felt Trump wanted that language so people would not think Trump terminated Comey because Trump was under investigation..

JESUS

Man you shouldnt be shocked the mofo said he grab women by the puss and they like it because he’s a celeb... he’s one of those mofos who been raping women and committing crimes so long that when someone says your committing a crime he looks and them and say “what are you talking about? I do this all the time”

Jesus... just started page 282..

White House Press Office called the DOJ and said they wanted them to put out a press statement saying it was Rosenstein's idea to Fire Comey.. WOW...

oh and that cause TRump Called Chris Christie to tell him that the media was killing him for firing Comey....

JESUS CHRIST... dude is an idiot

Rod.. said I'm not going to put out a false statement..

So Trump calls Rod directly.. says he is watching Fox news and the coverage has been great.. he wanted Rod to do a Press Conference..

Rod said... that's not a good idea cause if I'm asked.. I'm going to say the Truth.. that the Firing was not my Idea...

Next thing you know..

On May 9, 2017... Spicer... has a press Conference to tell people it was all Rod's idea... No one from the White house. It was a DOJ decision..

(THIS WAS A FLAT OUT LIE)... WOW..

Hold up.... Now I don't get Barr at all..

According to the Report..

The Report goes into Detail about how Obstruction of justice cases.. are consistent with the rule that criminal intent can be inferred from circumstantial evidence.. Meaning that you don't need Defendant's testimony to make out a case of obstruction... It says Circumstantial evidence.. that illuminates intent made include a pattern of POTENTIALLY obstructive accts.

But BARR SAID IN HIS MEMO
"In making this determination, we noted that the Special Counsel recognized that “the evidence does not establish that the President was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference," and that, while not determinative, the absence of such evidence bears upon the President's intent with respect to obstruction. Generally speaking, to obtain and sustain an obstruction conviction, the government would need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a person, acting with corrupt intent, engaged in obstructive conduct with a sufficient nexus to a pending or contemplated proceeding. In cataloguing the President's actions, many of which took place in public view, the report identifies no actions that, in our judgment, constitute obstructive conduct, had a nexus to a pending or contemplated proceeding, and were done with corrupt intent, each of which, under the Department's principles of federal prosecution guiding charging decisions, would need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to establish an obstruction-of-justice offense."

------
Mueller's report stated on page 224... THat going into his investigation they obtained 6 different instances related to potential issues of obstruction...

So are you telling me that Six different instances are not enough to show a pattern of potentially obstructive acts... to bring up a Charge..

Why specifically say in your summary... Why you didn't find Obstruction... but leave out the fact there is a pattern of obstruction.. Enough evidence that the Team felt they could get a Grand Jury Subpoena.. if they wanted to.

WOW BARR.... not even trying to hide your plans on this.. Repubs are evil.

On page... 229.. THe Redacted material is related to Roger Stone.

That meeting with Roger Stone, Trump and Cohen.. is part of this...

Man everything connected with Trump and Wikileaks.. is heavily redacted....

According to page.... 229.... The Trump was actively involved with Wikileaks and the timing of the releases and not all of this is about Stone.
yeah - this why imo the earlier first amendment redaction was tied more to WikiLeaks/ Stone/ Assange than Trump

Oh shit... page 239.. footnote 112.. 10/30/2016 Cohen received a text about the pee pee tapes..

Holy shit.. the PEE PEE TAPES are fucking real...
last week an intel analyst said various intel agencies now believe there are approx 20 seperate videos
involving Trump
You do that by impeaching

All the evidence comes out
The hearings

We still remember Clinton saying in front of Congress "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" and it's been 20+ years
note: I aspire to attain this level of game and dexterity

1. Clinton never said that in front of congress or during litigation - it was said much earlier during an interview with the independent council - and came up again as grand jury testimony -most enduring quote "depends on what the definition of 'is' is"
by law this should not have been made public
And anything you think was incriminating - was not enough to get Clinton convicted - yes the entire exercise was bullshit...
But in today's environment he probably would have been convicted- not on facts but on party lines

2. that was 20 years ago - when the media attempted to be responsible, fact based
before social media created overwhelming confirmation bias, facebook isolated bubbles reinforced by Fox News and Charter functioning as a propaganda machine

FACTS NO LONGER MATTER

I guarantee you that the solid 33 to 38% Trump base voters will never get near to reading, hearing about, or getting unslanted reporting on the Mueller Report-
if there is an impeachment w/o significant GOP support - the evidence and information will be on record - but it won't matter... the voters that need the info most won't hear about it
Primary politics and propaganda will nullify any attempts to enforce the law

But on May 10, 2017... Trump is in the oval office meeting with Lavrov and Kislyak.. and says during the meeting that "I just fired the FBI. I faced great pressure cause of Russia. That's taken off. I'm not under investigation"..

Trump has not denied this.. Basically admitting that what Spicer said was horsehit. page 283

Gawd damn... May 10, 2017... Trump calls McCabe (new FBI director)... asking if Trump should visit the FBI headquarters and make a speech to the employees. Trump told McCabe that he received "hundreds" of messages from FBI employees saying their support for Comey. And that He didn't want Comey in the FBI building again.. not even to collect his stuff. WOW

WOW... May 2017... WHen asked about Comey.. Sanders said Rod Decided on his own to review Comey's performance.. and that he decided on his own to to come to the president. (THIS WAS A LIE)

Now Sander is up here today... talking about I mispoke.. .. HOW p284

I feel sorry for your 2pm appointment, you probably convinced an innocent man to plead guilty so you could get back to deciphering this shit:lol:

LOL... Brother man Coming back on Monday to file Bankruptcy with me. LOL..

I did kind of rush through the meeting.. I"m up here reading this shit like a Novel.

Are the Democrats taking their base for granted by refusing to impeach?

I don't think so.

I don't think enough of there base is passionate enough about impeaching Trump for it to benefit them.

People would be amped about it at first but after 4,5 months they'll lose interest, become impatient and some will turn on them.

Impeachment would take a year minimum and not enough people will hold strong without wavering for that long.

If that were to happen the Democrats would be heading into the elections with an even worse image.

Though I'd like to see him impeached I think it would end up costing the Democrats more than Trump and the Republicans.

The Pelosi led dems probably would not even put a censure on the table. The GOP don't fear Pelosi. They fear AOC, Omar, Talib, Pressley, and the other insurgents. They are fighters.

Loollllo. Trust me Republicans not afraid of any othe the freshmen. They’re counting on running against their ideas in 2020.

Their base thinks impeachment means remove from office. After dems throw impeachment at Trump and he shrugs it off, he’s gonna be running around like King Kong ain’t got shit on me.

Plus the Republican led senate would find him not guilty on all charges. Dems need to not fall into the trap and take another L because their base is hyper emotional and doesn’t know how this works.

I think how this ends is the Dem base forces impeachment, Trump is impeached, is found not guilty by the senate. Trump spends the next year and a half laughing at dems calling them losers and gets re-elected in 2020.

Exactly.

Impeachment would play well initially but long term would play right into Trump and the Republicans hands (and probably right before the elections.)

And he can spin/sell the fuck outta that angle.
