Right now for everyone interpretation of the report even from some Republicans Should have been thrown out of the White House yesterday
She can. Impeachment starts in the House. He has to be convicted by the Senate. The Senate doesn't impeach. It doesn't matter whether he gets convicted or now... the discovery process alone.. document reveals, public testimony, etc would bring everything to the surface they're trying to hide.
You impeach when you have impeachable high crimes..not because you're worried about what the Senate might do. It's the House's responsibility to impeach in this situation. They're not going to do it because they're worried about the "politics" of it. They're going to let Trump beat the system and "hope" that he loses in 2020.

On March 26, 2017.. He Called the NSA director Michael Rogers.. and asked "If there was anything if could do to refute the news stories".. page 268
According to Pompeo... Trump started Daily Briefings bitching about Russia and hoping for a Press statement to that effect...

The impeachment clause of the Constitution does not have language that states, "only impeach if you're 100% sure that the Senate will vote to convict".
The House's constitutional duty is to investigate possible crimes by the President and vote to impeach if they find good cause to do so. The end.
Worrying about the senate or the 2020 elections or the media or Trump's response, all of that is simply not relevant. If there's enough to warrant an impeachment then it's their duty to do so. If the evidence is compelling enough and the Republicans do not remove Trump from office, then that is on them. That's a political decision that they're making.
Yes you turn the heat up on the Senate that’s fine but also the Democrats which they are starting to do but I would beat the Republicans over to head with this report until election time and try to win back more seats and get the White House that’s how I will play this.
He was impeached but he didn’t have to go because the full Senate didn’t throw him out of office that is what I am saying we can impeach partially Trump but he will still be in office.

Exactly. If the POTUS can commit crimes openly and you won't impeach because you don't have the votes in the Senate, you don't need the worry in the first place if you won't wield it.
Regardless of what the political outcome is, he has to be impeached. And I'm someone who has thought a lot about the political ramifications of it. Whether it hurts or helps them political (the dems) is irrelevant. If he's not impeached, you've just anointed him as King.
He wasn't convicted by the Senate. He was impeached. In an impeachment process, you'll get a full release of all connected information, you'll have public hearings, Trump will be compelled to testify, etc. Otherwise, he'll avoid any accountability. Fuck what the Senate days after the fact. Impeach him. Let them go on the record for not convicting a clear criminal if that's what they want to do... but they won't be able to hide behind him being "exonerated" by Barr's 4 page memo.
Again if you could get the Senate on board then do it but if you can’t just use the report to beat the Republicans in the heat every day until election time.

Democrats need to go after barr at full blast in the Congress that way you may lay groundwork to get Trump and get the Senate to go against trump.

This is still Barr's highly edited version (over 1000 redactions). An impeachment trial would get the full unredacted report out to the entire public at some point.
