Mueller Report Out! (AG Barr Edition: download within)

Still on Page 225... Very interesting..

During the course of our discussions, the President did agree to answer written questions on certain Russia Related Topics... BUT

He did not similarly agree to provide written answers to questions on Obstruction topics or questions on events during the transition..

HOLY FUCKING SHIT..

SO DUDE .... Got away with not having to answer a single question about Obstruction..

Just answered some Russian Related shit...

Also...

From Mueller....

While they believed they had the authority and legal justification to issue a grand jury subpoena... to obtain his testimony.. they choose not to..

They made that decision in view of the substantial delay that such an investigative step would likely produce at a late state in our investigation..

-----------------------------------------------------------------
They go into more detail why they didn't in Appendix C.. so I guess I have to wait.. to get there..

But this does make some since.... Trump would have fought that damn Subpoena until 2020... and the report would have never been released.

Hold up.... Now I don't get Barr at all..

According to the Report..

The Report goes into Detail about how Obstruction of justice cases.. are consistent with the rule that criminal intent can be inferred from circumstantial evidence.. Meaning that you don't need Defendant's testimony to make out a case of obstruction... It says Circumstantial evidence.. that illuminates intent made include a pattern of POTENTIALLY obstructive accts.

But BARR SAID IN HIS MEMO
"In making this determination, we noted that the Special Counsel recognized that “the evidence does not establish that the President was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference," and that, while not determinative, the absence of such evidence bears upon the President's intent with respect to obstruction. Generally speaking, to obtain and sustain an obstruction conviction, the government would need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a person, acting with corrupt intent, engaged in obstructive conduct with a sufficient nexus to a pending or contemplated proceeding. In cataloguing the President's actions, many of which took place in public view, the report identifies no actions that, in our judgment, constitute obstructive conduct, had a nexus to a pending or contemplated proceeding, and were done with corrupt intent, each of which, under the Department's principles of federal prosecution guiding charging decisions, would need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to establish an obstruction-of-justice offense."

------
Mueller's report stated on page 224... THat going into his investigation they obtained 6 different instances related to potential issues of obstruction...

So are you telling me that Six different instances are not enough to show a pattern of potentially obstructive acts... to bring up a Charge..

Why specifically say in your summary... Why you didn't find Obstruction... but leave out the fact there is a pattern of obstruction.. Enough evidence that the Team felt they could get a Grand Jury Subpoena.. if they wanted to.

WOW BARR.... not even trying to hide your plans on this.. Repubs are evil.

On page... 229.. THe Redacted material is related to Roger Stone.

That meeting with Roger Stone, Trump and Cohen.. is part of this...

Man everything connected with Trump and Wikileaks.. is heavily redacted....

According to page.... 229.... The Trump was actively involved with Wikileaks and the timing of the releases and not all of this is about Stone.

Wiki leaks is not his thing, remember?

PAge ... 236..

After reading the timing of the Flynn shit.. that Dinner with Comey.... LOOKS FUCKING BAD.

Really Really Bad...

President had dinner with Comey less than two weeks after the DOJ notified the White house that FLynn and the Russian Ambassador discussed removing the sanctions that Obama imposed on the Russians for interfering with the election.

The theme here... is "ON THE PARTY LINE"...

I'm seeing this repeated a bunch of times....

Basically Trump .... Was paranoid about the Russia shit haunting his election win.. so he made it clear to people about towing the Party line and the importance of showing that the Trump campaign had no connections with the Russian government..

Which explains why all of these Idiots starting lying about their connections to Russia..

Cause basically in Trump land..

Even if your grandparent was Russian. ...

If Asked... They are from Jersey.

Mueller said he thought he had enough evidence without it. Which means he was making the impeachment case not an indictment case... which he was never going to make.

Which is why I'm pointing out the horseshit that Barr pulled.. You read this report and you can clearly see where shit is going..

There was no reason for BARR to do a summary.... especially one that comes to a legal conclusion when the report makes it clear they felt this was up to congress.... under a separation of powers argument.

I'm starting to really wonder... if Trump sent one of his servants to pass a note to Barr like he Tried to Do with Sessions...... Which is crazy cause that would mean that Big Eared Sessions has more integrity then Elder Al Bundy.

When we found out that Mueller's team had already written a summary, but Barr created his own.... we should have known what time it was. Actually, we knew from the very beginning with Barr because he has a history of doing these things as the AG.

I don't think this was necessary. Barr's memo that he CC'd Trump's lawyers in had already let Trump know exactly how he could run things. He literally said that Trump, by the definition of his executive powers, could not have even committed obstruction. He then went on to say that the Mueller investigation itself should have never even begun. He echo'd Trump's sentiments on all of this in that memo so Trump knew what time it was. That's why an ardent Trump supporter went on the record saying that as soon as Barr was confirmed that "mueller would be gone" soon.

Damn... Page 250

This conversation with Chris Christie is hilarious..

Trump: "Now that we fired Flynn, the Russia Thing is over"

Christie: Laughed.... and said "No Way, This Russia thing is far from over, we'll be here on Valentines day 2018 talking about this."

Trump: "What do you mean?... Flynn met with the Russians. That was the Problem. I fried Flynn. It's Over. "

Christie: "Based on my experience as a prosecutor and as someone who has been investigated.. firing Flynn would not end the investigation. There is no way to make an investigation shorter, but a lot of ways to make it longer."

Trump: What do you mean"

Christie: Don't talk about the investigation. You will never get rid of Flynn.. He is like gum on the bottom of your shoe..

So the president directed McFarland to draft an internal memo stating that the President didn't direct Flynn to call the Ambassador about Sanctions.. the day after you have your people tell her that she needs to resign as National Security Advisor...

Page 254...

On march 1... Press reported... Sessions did not disclose two meetings he had with Kislyak..

Same day.. March 1.. President Emails Comey saying that he wanted to check in and see how Comey was doing.... He hoped Comey would come by and say hello the next time he was in the White House.. Oh and he mentioned Sessions.. Page 260

Rachel Maddow is gonna need 2 hours to dissect this thing, shes going to have an orgasm explaining this shit

Maddow going to probably make it like he'll be in cuffs by next week.
Looking at Fox and then CNN and wondering if there are two different versions of this thing? Every fucking thing that goes down the sides are worlds apart on the conclusions.

The next Morning... Trump Calls McGahn to urge him to Contact Sessions to tell him NOT to recuse himself.

Based on this... McGahn called Sessions to say that the president was not happy about the recusal... but Sessions said he is following the rules.

Seems like everyone tried to get him not to recuse himself. page 261

After Sessions recused himself..

There was an internal White house Counsel Note that stated... No Contact w/Sessions and No comms/Series Concerns about obstruction... WOW
