Secrets you know because of your occupation

Not my profession, but while at the bar never get a drink. With fruit/lime/cherry etc etc in your drink. That’s the dirtiest thing at the bar, bartenders touch people money/cards/wipe the counter off with a rag/ give out handshake and then grab you lime to put in your corona...or Long Island.

it depends, the bar we goto they use tongs for that stuff

That's true for picking it up, but tongs can't place a pineapple slice perfectly on the rim of your glass. Also depends on the bar or bartender, they move so fast that nobody question them at times. Unless the drink is made bad.

True. The busier the place the less time there is for cleanliness. Slow day, we clean because we're bored. Busy day, you might slice your finger cutting lemons and have to quick wrap it. Some people don't know or care that you have to fix that problem or someone in the room might make a quick call to the health department.

We also use the same fruit we cut up the day before. Some places Ive worked at we were told to put the cherries and olives back in the big jars for the next day...sometimes we just wrapped up the multi-tray with plastic wrap. Either way at some point during the day, it wasnt covered. If the tray sits on the bar, there is no guarantees that someone didn't reach over and help themselves.

With food service in general, assume that the person handling food was clean enough for certification that day and cleanliness is just an afterthought the rest of their career. Trust me when I say that by the end of the night when its 2am...no one gives a shit about anything other than cleaning up, counting out and going home. Hope the bars y'all frequent wrap the bottle heads at night so there arent a shitload of dead fruit flies at the bottom of the bottle. Places get closed by the health departments and lose their licenses every day... One of the many reasons I rarely eat out anymore.

If you use a tax office like H&R Block to do your return, wait until March if you can. March is the slowest and cheapest time. There will always be specials to get your taxes done and the basic price set by corporate drops. People get slammed between January 20 -February 15. The first week of February is the absolute worst time, it is peak season and prices are the highest.

i'm still waiting for this bum to speak his mind, lol exactly which part is the lie? her occupation? or the company she owns?

A one point on the board tour wife wasn’t even black now you posted a black chick. You lie so much you can’t even keep up. Don’t know why you find the need to lie to dudes in the first place and then a bunch of dudes you don’t even know

It would be wise to drink beer from a bottle and not from tap... That way you can see for yourself the date stamp on there...

A lot of times that beer on tap is out of date, especially if you like craft beer and beer from local breweries

I’ve started doing this

Well one thing I found out as a law clerk was that push comes to shove the law can get phone records dating back years if need or forced to be.

I remember the talk about how BlackBerry was so tight and protected(why Obama had one for instance), but I saw it go down where chats became available for a certain case.

The police also using social media like a MOFO to trail people's actions too to book them.

Good info, bruh!! Thats why I shake my head at sum of the things people post on social media!! People get way too comfortable with technology and dont really understand everything they say or do on video when posted online is being watched on all levels.. I have a friend who posted he was going out on his birthday and getting fucked up.. When he showed up for work, they took his ass in for a piss and breath test.. He failed the breath test and had to spend 3 months in rehab and had a 3yr flag in his file. If you did anything wrong they would fire his ass.. Anyway, come to find out the security dept at our job, had a program that monitored all social media of its employees.. We are on the edge of a police state, but thats a different topic..

That job scenario is very true. Graduates coming out of college are told to shape up their social media accounts for that very reason.

I'll be vague about a case which shows you the depth. A guy had his phone, but was actually suspicious of the people he was calling especially his girlfriend of possibly being tapped. He would change phones, but the guy ended up using his phone in a crime and never changed his number.

It was his phone actions that got him booked, while all the time he was blaming his girl as he shockingly found out. He didn't think they would trace stuff going back years. He never got rid of his phone info. Big mistake.

I would also see FACEBOOK pics and timelines used in disclosures:smh:

Also being a law clerk I would shake my head and the people just being a revolving door for the lawyer :money::lol:. It was like clockwork especially when spring and summer time came around with the same clients.

Humans are really animals of habit.

Your right bro.. We are creatures of habit!!

Ive told people when facebook came out they developed 2 programs, one for the consumers and another one for the government, corporations and the law.. I dont know if its my delivery or what, but people just laughed me off and their number one reply back was,,, Why would they do that?? Or the government wouldnt spy on its citizens.. Anyway, good info you shared, bruh!!
