51 Year Old Man Knocks Out 12 Year Old Girl

Need to see all of the rest of the footage. Obviously some shit was being recorded before he jumps in view. Looks like there was a fight or about to be one since you can hear him yell "Break it up". Maybe a family member because it looks like she was pointing past him before he pushed her I don't condone the hit but some shit is just reflex. There's a strange adrenaline rush with a pack of people (kids and adults) and someone in the group always gets carried away. Usually the one that can't fight and that thing kinda happens. She is young.... but..... she spoke that universal language when she put them hands up while advancing. Maybe she should try to relax for 2019 or learn how to duck. Sorta reminds me of the girl that slapped the guy with the 8Ball jacket. too light to fight & to0 thin to win. Go home and play with your toys

A Black Mountain man has been charged after a fight Saturday at Asheville Mall.


Asheville police said a fight involving juveniles broke out at the mall Saturday evening, and, during the fight, David Steven Bell pushed a juvenile as well as hit her.

An off-duty officer arrested Bell, 51, of Black Mountain, and he is charged with assault on a female under 12 and two counts of assault on a female.

Video of the incident, which is under investigation, has been been making rounds on social media.

In the video, Bell can be seen surrounded by a group of juveniles. At one point, the camera turned away. Next, a girl came toward Bell, and he shoved her. When the same girl came back, he can be seen punching her in the face.

This is the question I ask myself... how has our society reached such a point, where children continually step to adults in school, in public, and at home??

If he was out there trying to break up a fight and ended up getting in one his damn self; then he should've just minded his business and let that shit play out.

Naw he was right to intervene, but he put himself on their level. That's like being a teacher in kindergarten, a fight between two 5yr olds breaks out and the teacher gets hit trying to break I it up and swing on the 5yr old.

Now if this is the case than he was wrong and he should be charged,to the fullest and if the tables were turned and he was the one getting mopped up,oh well,mind your business and let security handle it.

I hear what you're saying, but teachers are trained on how to interact with children. This dude just made a bad situation worse. In this day and age, he had nothing to gain with interfering with those kids; and he should've known his own demeanor and how he would react to a possible confrontation. The perfect example of "thought it was one way" and "when keeping it real goes wrong"...

Taking in to account everyone has their own way of parenting. Is it acceptable that she is 12 years old out at night with no chaperone for situations like this?.
