Best Buy LG OLED 4k TV price match

Thought I would make a thread about this.

I moved from Chicago to Texas and ended up damaging my Samsung 65 in TV. TV was like 4 years old and the damage is just a small blemish on the screen. Had the warranty and they gave me a $1600 store credit.

Had my eyes on this LG OLED 65B7A

TV is priced at $2400 at Best buy

I found a $1600 price from Microcenter

Was able to give them the UPC, SKU and model Number and BOOM

They said they will honor the price match.

If anyone is inthe market for a 4k OLED. This is an AMAZING TV especially for the price!!

I'm looking for a new TV I will check this out.

To your point, it used to be an abundance of knowledge, wisdom and understanding on here, back when. It kept your sword sharp.

Now is just half cocked ideas, anger and few if any female posted.

I called the main best buy phone #. The discount was more than they could do over the phone. So they are gonna credit my account this billing cycle.
 
im not buying another tv til i move into my new house.
got a 65in Samsung in the livingroom and a 60in LG in my bedroom.

Please do! DEFINITELY worth the $.... as far as 4k content. there seems to be an abundance if you are looking at Netflix original shows or downloading.
Im holkding off on the 4k player because honestly, Im going to download my shit... lol


Samsung is not trash per se, good for gaming but thats about it.

I am coming from a Samsung LCD with 3D capabilities (gimmick) it is a good TV but that, nor ANY of the Samsung displays were even close to the LG and Sony models.

LG is #1, Sony is #2 only because they use the same OLED display as LG bc they bought them from LG.
The Sony 900 series that I was comparing the LG was alright but lost me on 4 HDMI outputs (only 2 of which are HDMI 2.0). Also the Sony had a pretty bad viewing angle.

what number is that? So did you pay for it first and then will be reimbursed?
 
Just make sure u get the warranty.. Best Buy's is the only one that covers burn-in which is possible with OLED

1888- Best Buy. Yep, I paid and they gave me a case number. Took screenshots of the microcenter deal as well as the sku/upc numbers and case number for the call. They will reimburse me at the next billing cycle.

ALWAYS! I dont recommend the warranty for most things but major appliances at Best Buy or stores like that are a MUST. Shit was expensive but its worth it. Its how I got this LG for basically free. (Only paying for the service plan)
 
@chops

How do you like the B7? Any burn-in issues? Been doing some research & said fuck it....Gonna pull the trigger on a 65C8 or 65C9....basically the same TV’s as yours but with a slightly better processor. Any input would be greatly appreciated...
