Not everyone has the same size deferens, and if they are on the small side, the wrong doctor, a less experienced professional, will be digging in your ball sack something serious. the longer they are in there, the more trauma generated, the longer the pain and recovery.

I wanted one but my wife didn't want me to get it. I didn't get it at 1st, but then I did.

Had it on a Friday; got some pain meds, didn't really need them, just kept an ice pack down there for a few days; I was back at work Monday.
One thing though; you will have to wear boxer briefs, and preferably, compression shorts for a week or two post-procedure; your nutts need to remain relatively immobilized (no homo). Nike compression shorts work great.

Heard they had a less invasive no stitch procedure now. Will need to ask doc if he do that one.
Highly recommend if you're captain rawdog. If you are, never pull out and challenge her to take you on maury in 9 months.
Takes about a half hour the only part that sucks your awake through the procedure they numb the area you'll feel a slight pinch a bunch of tugging and pulling you definitely can't work that day. Once your home make sure you get tight boxer briefs to keep your sack snug and a nice ice pack underneath the area. Take a nice nap or binge watch a show. You cannot have any sex for 7 to 10 days, after that you will need at least 15 to 18 ejaculations to clear out any swimmers. They will send you home with 2 cups like the urine sample one, they give 6 weeks then you bring in your specimen to a lab(some urologist prefer a 2nd specimen sample 2 weeks later) within a week you will get a call for your urologist telling you that your sterlie and bingo your good to go no more babies

Sheeeet...Best move ever. I had it done after conversations I had with my wife. We have been together over 25 years, multiple kids with the same woman, she could forgive a misstep in cheating but if I had another kid, no. Which was really adult. The procedure was painless, I counted back from 100 and got to like 97 then I was gone. Woke up to, it's done. 2 days with frozen peas on my ball sack and it was history. Now when I see those "Raw" comments on posts, I think "absolutely!" And if I do my thing, I know that I will never be a baby daddy...Peace of mind you can never put a price on...
Had one a month and half ago. My doctor did an extra procedure for an injury I sustained while in Myrtle Beach in 2013. Kept a bag of frozen peas nearby, no issues, no regrets. Just be prepared for that awkward moment when they ask you for the test sample!

I got the no cut procedure. Don’t have to worry about getting put to sleep. Took about 30 minutes and my doc left the clamps on so I know my shit won’t reattach. The clamps took a few months to dissolve I guess because now I can’t even tell.

Absolutely worth having one... I waited till I was in my forties because I was God damn if I was going to have another baby. The procedure is relatively simple... tiny pinch... Your balls go numb... You feel a little tugging... And then it's all done. For the next few days the best thing to do is wear a jockstrap take Ibuprofen and drink plenty of water. I recommend a vasectomy over a female getting a tubal ligation any day.
