I have never wasted time in a service department. The new dealership where I bought me car picks it up and drop it off at my office and leave me with a loaner. They don't dump me in a sienna with the likes of you and eight other infiniti owners. I have never opened the hood of my car or been to the service department since I've owned it. Same thing with my wife's X5.
Sienna? Why would an Infiniti dealership give that? The rare time I needed a loaner they drive a QX50 to my house for me. In fact I can pick what I want to loan.
Say what you want, there's nothing to be gained from waiting for the new model when he wants a car now. He will get a new one in two years. What's negative about that?
