Technically she was right in that Portible Charcoal grills aren't allowed at Lake Merrit when looking at the rules. The thing is, people have charcoal grills all the time and this rule is never enforced.

They gave this woman too much power by stopping their BBQ to give her crazy ass their attention.They should have just asked her to leave their designated area,and when she didn't they should have sued her in civil court for harassment.Maybe even call the cops on her. Then they could have shaped the story any way they liked because they had all the witnesses.
