B) Portable non-charcoal barbecue grills of metal construction may be brought into city parks by persons for use in designated picnic areas and shall be attended at all times by a person eighteen years of age or older. At no time may barbecue grills be placed upon pathways, sport courts, parking lots and the like or otherwise impede the use of such areas for their intended purpose. Portable barbecue grills must not exceed twenty seven inches in width.
