The Predator - Teaser Trailer (2018)

Nope.
I knew this film was gonna fail when I heard Shane Black was going to direct it.
(Especially after he royally FUCKED US OVER with the bullshit he pulled with The Mandarin in Ironman 3).

And after I saw that the cast of Predator went from this:
Predator_(1987)_-_main_cast.jpg

to this shit here...

... I knew it was going to be D.O.A.
:puke::puke::puke:

"Hybridization"...?
This is the single DUMBEST idea to use in a Predator film. :hmm:
Why would the "Ultimate Hunters in the Galaxy" need to use our DNA to upgrade themselves?
The whole point of the Predator species is to use their skill, knowledge and technology to hunt down and kill prey they already consider to be a deadly enough threat to themselves.
With this "hybridization" idea, Shane Black is starting to turn them into the fucking Borg from Star Trek.

Like NOBODY thought Iron Man 3 was a good movie... but the post it like that shyt was groundbreaking. Nothing about this movie goes in the vein of the Predator franchise, the hunt, honor, I mean from the trailer it seemed like he pulled out on a kid?!?! Since when do they start targeting kids?!?! If I had to choose between watching the Donald Trump inaugural speech. I would watch this, but it wouldn't be an quick choice.

They said from the director of iron man 3 that rite there will make nigs go nopeeeee

you know what is a scary thought?

we always talk about the trailers and how significant they have become and how they are an art etc etc...

for this to be THIS bad?

when they are using the BEST scenes and editing...

good lawd how bad is this REALLY?

I would have to check the list.. But the question would have to be is iron man 3 the worst billion dollar movie ever made

they hybridization COULD work...

to be fair we haven't even SEEN the movie and based solely on the trailer I have NO FAITH

but the idea that predators always take the best skill of each kill?

Is actually a clever idea and goes along with the centuries of intergalactic hunters and the respect they have for the hunt AND the prey.

I'm hoping he Jus's made a bad trailer and thought off the name alone people were gonna be hyped... Heard they did a lot of reshoots in march.. Hopefully for the better... Hopefully ole boy hear how disappointing this trailer was to people and step it up for the next 1

Nah, brother.
The idea of them taking a trophy from the deadliest prey is what it's all about. That makes MORE sense to me. Not the best skill...
In fact; the idea of them hunting, tracking and killing prey using their existing superior skills & technology is what they're all about.
That's their entire reason for hunting... :dunno:
Not making the "best skill" of their prey their own... :smh:

They asked the original predator if it was up to him would he chose to live to make more sequels or chose to die to Jus's be a solo movie , this is what he said

If I die the franchise dies

There's nothing they can do as long as they keep being trash creatively

I'd have Arnold and Danny on a suicide mission to the home world like planet hulk or something and they just kick predator asses

Danny beats the grand champion and asks is this your king????
