The Delorean and the Akula.......the tank if you don't already have a tank, don't waste money on the rail gun if you're on a budget.
I might be missing something, but to my understanding, the Delorean does not fly fast. You might as well fly a chopper.
Matter of fact, if I was low on doe, I wouldn't buy shit but the weapons for the explosive ammo and extended clips.
If you ain't really on your mission grind, you probably only need an office and one thing out of a bunker, a club, a hangar or a facility. Bunker probably gets you more for your money. If anybody wants to do those missions, you can do them with me or somebody who already has them so you don't blow your money.
Otherwise, everything else from yachts to jet packs, you don't really NEED that shit.
They tax you everyday for having that shit even if you ain't doing nothing with it. I think I clear about 9k a day in taxes paying assistants and workers and rent just for having all that shit.

shit I don’t know my damn self...other than clothes...I think the last thing I purchased in this game was a hydra...I’m just have to spend a day w/ my OG character buying all the shit I want...I know I want the flying motorcycle w/ the rockets...the jet pack...the orbital cannon...and the explosive rounds for the sniper rifle and the shotgun
No, especially if you already have a Mobile Ops.
But if you just GOTTA have a jetpack, you might need it.

If you're gonna do it...and you're gonna, piracy prevention is the best time to kill multiple people since everyone is in the same spot
it isn't fast, but it's worth it for its versatility. one vehicle for all terrains, plus it's armed.
agreed, CEO + Bunker = $$$$ easily and efficiently.
don't waste your money on the Jet Pack........it offers zero advantage over other flying vehicles. and add to that, that you usually have to pay for it's destruction. I can shoot you with a homing missile, you die but the jet pack goes falling to the ground and you get to pay for it.
