ya XVG was never a long term hold for me...but I need to get better @ researching these so-so coins and knowing when to pull out (no pun)

it's not just the loss but how far it has sunk and the nail in the coffin for me was the info that was just shared w/ me that spooked me...if I didn't get that info...I would've held...as is the case w/ all the info it's not advice just info and every man has to make his decision...but I felt it was too important to keep that convo private so I shared it in here

I sold by bitcoin for ETH. Trying to build up my smaller coins but rolling with ETH due to higher rate of return. Will by back into BTC once these small fries get to rolling.
Imo the market is too young. Due to market growth all prices will rise. I am trying to build more into these coins. I sold off all my BTC looks like a day early for XVG. Dang i wish waited till today to buy back it but oh well. Still gonna be cheaper than when I bought in so it will lower my average cost.
I would think of it is quantity over quality at this stage of the market as a whole. Things will shake out later where that may not be the case but imo we are not even close to that point.
It's about 7 coins moving like that. But i dumped rdd because i was up and wanted to buy more XVG. I will buy back into rdd once i get enough XVG and XDN. In 2-3 years this coins will have made more than a few on this board a lot of money.

Only took me a couple minutes for mine to show up in my account. Although I went straight from Coinbase to Wagerr. I seem to remember someone here having to wait like 3 hours for it to show up going directly from an exchange to Wagerr

These shake outs are brutal so I try to buy as low as possible.
Got into Verge at 36 sats that's crazy I can afford to take the shakeout and see whether my bet plays off.
The 1 hr volume is still strong and a lot of support at 100 but if it falls too far beneath 100 my stop loss is ready.

Did you get your Wagerr eventually. I hate having bread out there in no where land ... but I just checked looks like it's still pending with Coinbase transaction pending with 0 confirmations.
I've just never had Coinbase be so slow..

hey man...I'm holding onto a coin that's really bleeding me...I threw in $12k and am almost @ a loss of $6k...from a trader's standpoint do I continue to eat the loss and hope for it to go up a bit or do I just take my L and sell...it's the okcash coin...it was pumped from $0.08 to $0.26 I got in @ $0.23 and then it sank...it bounced back up 2x to $0.23 and I shoulda sold but now that shit is down to $0.12

ya man...it's going back up a little as I type this...if I can make it out of this coin even then I'm take a step back and reread this thread and get back to my game plan...what made XRP a smarter investment than some of these others coins I got down w/ is I read/researched everything that was posted here...took my time...risked what I was prepared to lose and held it...even tho I'm losing "free" $$$ right now it still burns...it even burns more that I jumped into it completely half-cocked...great lesson to teach me to stay in my lane tho that I won't soon forget...even XVG was a calculated risk that I took...but jumping into OK was just plain old stupid
