Bills what you think about this....

When I read it I said' "WOW holy shit, WTF"

He's averaging a triple double so he's doing something historic. He is absolutely putting up these numbers, along with Harden because pretty much the offense is them. If they don't touch the ball the rest of the team doesn't do shit and that's the way it's designed.
And that's OK.

Dude Im actually done with this discussion. If he was white, white folks wouldnt be going so hard at trying to discredit him. ONLY US?!?!? Only crab ass black folk...

We have a chance for a black man to make history but fools want to find reasons to negate his accomplishments...

When 'turd argued that his teammates dont go after rebounds and the other team lets him get his numbers and his teammates strategically box out so he can get the rebound I came to the conclusion there are a lot of Dudes on here stuck on stupid... :smh:

I wish I could laugh at this but we haven't mattered since 2001.

I really hate to see these lil fellas being forced to see just how irrelevant they are but God bless his lil heart he tried tho... :hmm:

Don't know why folks hate on Westbrooks historic season. Just sit back and enjoy history. Damn. Check out this breakdown of the teams without their MVP candidates. Westbrook is OKC.

The Rockets play like a 58-win team with James Harden on the court, and the Thunder play like a 52-win team with Russell Westbrook on the court.

A clear advantage for Harden in the MVP race?

Not quite.

Houston still plays like a 51-win team when Harden sits, and Oklahoma City drops to an 18-win pace without Westbrook. How much should each factor – the level a team reaches with a player, how far it falls without him – matter?

And what about about LeBron James? The Cavaliers play like a 61-win team with him and a 19-win team without him. Don’t forget about Kawhi Leonard, either. The Spurs reach a 63-win pace – better than the other three main MVP candidates’ teams hit with them on the court – when Leonard plays.

In the NBA’s most fascinating MVP race in years, the on-off win pace for the four major candidates adds perspective. To calculate win pace, I used Pythagorean win percentage multiplied by 82, the number of games in a standard NBA schedule.

Here’s the Rockets’, Thunder’s, Cavaliers’ and Spurs’ win paces with their MVP candidate off (below the bar) and on (above the bar) and the difference (in the bar):

These are rounded to the nearest win. Hence, Leonard’s seemingly off, but not actually off, marks.

This is meant to be only one piece of a complex picture. Other things to consider:

That's why I said no to Leonard
And yes to Westbrook.

The only way to put up those kind of numbers by both of them is to have the ball in their hands every possession to make the play and that's what happens

the difference is harden's supporting cast is better than westbrook's

Don't tell that sit to that major guy...

I'm still wait on the commitment to play 4 on 4 he take 3 off OKC and I'll take 3 from Htown and we gonna ball
 the ole man said he got game tho

Harden has the better record and putting up an equally historic season on a individual basis so by default Harden should get it

I mean folk wasn't screaming when Nash won it over Kobe who clearly had the better season

Better because he has more finishers and scorers on his team
And they picked up Lou Williams mid season.

My thing is, if you not the #1 team in the nba then all of it is up for grabs.
If you are the #1 team then it's a done deal.

Would love to see that graphic from the last 3 seasons as well.

Ok but Detroit has the best record in the league that year and Nash team won 54 games vs Kobe team winning 45... Kobe had the better season but neither had the best team record in the league

All I'm saying is if the record is the default even tho both Harden and WB don't have it then clearly seeding rules and Harden is 3rd best team in the west

That's my point.

Nash shouldn't have won an MVP
