Bitcoin finally broke through the $1140 hurdle, to get to its $1150 price right now
All time high for this year
Now just 1 last hurdle, break through that Mt Gox all time high of $1200 price
Then comes the news media coverage
I'm gonna buy some BTC just incase that shit hits $20,000
Is there any way that I can buy Ripple directly, like without going through Kraken? If so how?
I asked the same question too, but from my understanding you can't buy directly from ripple.
That is not directly through ripple. Bitstamp is where I buy my XRP from. Their website is way smoother than Kraken
You can't "buy" a coin directly from anywhere. It's virtual anyways. You "trade" it. Any transaction needs to be verified thru a network of machines that are mined.
Not sure if you get how a coin, in theory is. So they wouldn't sell the coin directly, they place them to be mined for transactions and the coin builds value thru "us" as to what we will buy and sell it for is what determines it's value. Same idea as to why you can't buy a Bitcoin directly from anywhere. It was placed into a huge network of machines and the code was made public. When you buy or sell BTC and send it thru the network, miners validate the transaction and the sale or buy has a series of checks to say yes, ok, put the transfer thru.
So buying any coin directly isn't really how this stuff works.

I just got home from work
I went to Poloniex, clicked on"Deposits & Withdrawals"
Looked at the number near "Estimated value of holdings".....and smiled
Okay so 2 important things guys
1. Mt Gox Exchange all time high was about $1216
2. The price of gold right now is about $1250
If Bitcoin breaks through both of these, in the next couple of days.....it's going to be all over the financial news

So keep your eyes peeled when we get close to that $1210-$1250 range
You can't be serious..... I have bought XRP from Poloniex, Bitstamp, and Kraken. ....... His question was could you buy directly from Ripple and the answer is NO. Not a link to Bitstamp!! Just say my badd and keep it moving or better yet say nothing at all Smh

I don't think you're going to see a real shift until the game goes live. It's a small group of us in the closed beta, the game is coming along great though, it's fun. They released the 1st version of the store the day after the last closed beta session and are now working on version 2 of it to make it more user friendly and informative. I don't expect overnight success in terms of NXC growth, but I do believe it will accumulate growth as time goes on, especially when the game goes public.

Dash and ethereum are (last time I looked) still rising.if the ETF doesn't happen, I'm guessing bitcoin will start dropping off short term. I'm hoping the same happens with them and I'll take my profits from bitcoin and move them to Dash & Ethereum.
