One-Punch Man Anime Season 2 Announced

One-Punch Man is about to knockout fans with its latest update. The franchise’s wildly popular anime is officially getting a second season. Slated for a 2017 release, One-Punch Man will return with another exciting season and a mobile game to match.

The project was confirmed recently at the “One Punch Man Fall Festival” event earlier today. The creators of the anime debuted a promotional image for the second season that looks as strong as Saitama’s uppercut. The poster features yellow-and-red lettering and an image of a large fist. Currently, there’s no word on when the new season will premiere or how many episodes it will house, but the studio behind One-Punch Man teased information would be released soon.

If you’re not familiar with One-Punch Man, then it is time you binged the first hilarious season. Created in 2009, the series began as a webcomic created by an author using the pseudyonym One.

The series follows a hero named Saitama in a strange, disaster-prone world. The character is known as the strongest superhero of Z-City as he can easily defeat anyone - or anything - with just a single punch. However, Saitama misses the thrill of fighting and becomes desperate to find a villain who can actually challenge him. One-Punch Man follows Saitama and his fellow heroes as they take on horrifying monsters, struggle to save the world, and gain recognition for their heroic efforts.

Fans flocked to the viral comic, so one of Japan’s major manga publishers Shueisha remade the series alongside One and illustrator Yusuke Murata. The remakedebuted in 2012, and Madhouse used the manga as the basis for their One-Punch Man anime. The show, which debuted in 2015, was praised by both fans and critics who enjoyed the show’s all-out action and humor. The series’ popularity has helped One-Punch Man thrive over the past few years as its manga houses over 65 chapters. Its U.S. debut put One-Punch Man on the New York Times Best-Sellers list, and it was even nominated for an Eisner Award in 2015.

So, naturally, it looks like Saitama’s over-powered abilities have helped him take on more than just megalomaniacs and monsters.

Still not convinced about One-Punch Man? Well, then you should check out a recent articleby ComicBook.com’s Chase Magnett. He lists five of the many reasons superhero lovers should read or watch One-Punch Man. And, if you’re looking for other shonen series to start binging, then feel free to check out our recent recommendation list.

Ok fella's I've got a couple shows I started watching and one odd show that I started back watching again.

1. Steins; Gate - One of the best time travel shows that I've seen in a while. Like most shows it starts slow, but I promise you that this shit is amazing. Easily one of the best.
2. Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress - Fucking loved this show. It's on Amazon Prime and it was directed by the same guy that directed Attack on Titan.
2. Psycho-Pass Season 1
3. Knights of Sidonia
4. Naruto Shippūden - Yes I know, but I find that being able to skip the filler seasons on Hulu has made this a much better show to me and it looks like they are finally getting to the end of the series. I've actually been binge watching this shit for almost three weeks now.
5. Kuromukuro - New anime on netflix. The first seasons ends abruptly to say the least, but I love this show so far.
6. The Seven Deadly Sins was actually ok to.

Out this list... Steins:Gate and Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress are must sees for me.
I highly recommend Steins:Gate for the people that like complex mystery anime.

Kuromukuro is only half a season on Netflix that's why it ended in the way it did. There are 26 episodes in season one on kodi.

I knew that they didn't have the entire season, but I didn't know the full season is on Kodi....

Shit... I guess I have something to watch after I binge Luke Cage.

OH SHIT... MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM IRON-BLOODED ORPHANS SEASON 2 is on and popping...

RAISE YOUR FLAG!!!!!

Season 2 premiere Episode online... DO NOT WATCH IF YOU MISSED THE FIRST SEASON.

It's a gateway drug that will have you looking at hentai. But Heaven's Lost Property is really good. It's a highly sexual anime about a horny teenage boy who gets something akin to a big breasted angel who grants his every fantasy. One of his first wishes was to see her naked. In the next episode he had a thing for girl's panties, so all the girls within 100 meters of him lost their panties--and they flew away like birds. It's funny and pretty good. It's on Hulu. But Hulu is missing most of it's episodes.

This anime is also called Sora no Otoshimono. The complete series is on www.watchcartoononline. After you watch a few episodes, you'll probably develop a hentai fetish. Don't say I didn't warn you.

So what if I told you that there is a live action mech show on Disney XD that is actually really good and has a majority minority cast.... With a Black kid as the star.

The special effects on this shit are top notch. Never thought that I'd recommend any Disney show that wasn't called Tron.

Well Holy shit.. this was unexpected..

Fans Can Rejoice ‘Code Geass’ Returns For Season 3

During the Code Geass 10th-anniversary event in Maihama Amphitheater in Chiba, Director Goro Taniguchi announced that the anime would receive a third season. On top of that, there will also be recapping movies with new scenes. The series of recaps will have a January 2017 release date.

What Is Code Geass
code-geass-season-3_lelouch_lamperouge_geass.gif

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion premiered in 2006 and followed Lelouch Lamperouge. With the help of his Geass, he prepares to destroy the tyranny of the Holy Britannian Empire. The first season of the mecha anime received numerous awards and accolades which prompted a second season, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2. The popularity of Code Geass inspired several spin-off manga, OVA’s and most recently the Code Geass: Akito the Exiled movies.

Code Geass Season 3 And Recap Movies

During the event, Taniguchi revealed that the third season would appropriately be titled Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection. Subsequently, the third season will take place after the events of Zero Requiem, where Suzaku disguised as Zero kills Lelouch.

Thanks in part to the event’s invitation fans have been wondering if indeed there was going to be a third season. The invitations for the event had a secret message “Rebirth of the Demon.” Which are the combination of the first episodes of the two seasons, titled “The Day a New Demon was Born” and “The Day a Demon Awakens.” While we are excited about the new sequel, Taniguchi did not say if this will be a TV series or a movie adaptation.

Yoshitaka Kawaguchi, the producer of the Code Geass franchise, has been working on the recap films since 2012. And now, with the announcement of a possible third season, the recap movies will have an early 2017 release date. So possibly or more precisely hopefully the new season will also have a 2017 release date.

Possible Storyline?
With the anime being an original work there is no way of telling in which direction the anime will go. Howbeit, there has to be a new enemy with the power of Geass for Lelouch to return from the dead. However, fans have to wait until next year for Lelouch Lamperouge.

This is the second series of the new series and this shit is Fucking Flames...

It focuses on a group of Child Soldiers and their slow rise to becoming a major military power. This season seems to be about everyone trying to take advantage of their youth and use them for political gains.
