Shit. I admit to rooting against Lebron when he left. I eventually moved past that in about 2 years or so. :hmm: Shit happens. I get that.

But let's be honest. A Lebron thread can get 5 pages off top. Steph is just ... acute hate. Lebron? That's both a chronic and acute hate condition. Folks were rooting more for fucked up Cleveland and the storyline than him.

Not it's neck and neck. Halfway when they found out the warriors weren't a fluke the love turned to pure hate for the warriors fueled by cacs trying to pit us against each other.
Just cause cacs call them great and give steph unanimous mvp.. he ain't do it they ain't do it lol but people taking it personally like they the ones who did it

some idiot was like now that durant is on the team no more mvps for steph he can't get another mvp...

Johnny Flynn was drafted over steph

I'm just talking about the way things went down. In 2014, you knew how things were changing. You were like the Trump of bandwagons. You were trying to put up walls. I had no fucks to give at the time(just happy Lebron came back), but I see how things shifted along the way.

Steph got hate for getting the unanimous MVP. I think that was a downfall. It also didn't help that Lebron put in so much work in 2015 finals and then steph talked shit about bringing a chip to Akron.

My entire thing has been that it's always one sided in representation around here. Not from you, just in general.
People are acting like every single person did not respect their ring. Every person took shots. Every person was like blah to it instead of just saying ok yall won good job.. they were treating them like they were the hawks when they weren't
Doc is talking shit, players are saying Harden should've been the MVP.. they didn't face a healthy west.. all of those things in that 1st year, that spawned last year regular season.
STILL getting shade thrown at them. They aren't victims in this but they are the only ones being blamed. A dude will say damn don't do this or that have some class and then laugh and have fun at the warriors expense like it's all good lol. I'm good with both sides of it.

Not going to diminish it fully, cause why not? But if there is actually a GOOD TEAM.. like they faced in 07 and 15 then they wouldn't have won the east..

The fact that it's another year and everyone already has them going to the finals etched in stone... how as an eastern conference team do you feel even playing these games? lol

The East is weak arguments are passive agressive ways of saying LeBron going to 6 straight Finals is easy. The East was weaker in the early 2000s and several NBA Finals were won by Western teams easily back then and no one complained. The East was weaker when Detroit dominated it every year 7 years straight in the mid 2000s yet no one complained. The irony is the west at this point is weaker and masks bad basketball by high scoring regular season games with little to no defense. People are hoping the fucking CLIPPERS challenge Golden State, but thats a "strong" conference? :lol:

I can't speak on shit that happened when I was a kid and I was just watching shit purely on a superficial level.

He should have gone to 4 straight finals with the heat.. they had 3 of the top 10 players in the game at the time.
My east is weak argument came from 15 when he went to the finals.
Cavs lost that finals series 3-2 and kinda got ran out of the gym.
THEN the argument becomes "Well Kyrie and Love were hurt"
But then when you say... they didn't play in the conference finals and they SWEPT THE HAWKS.

The west is weaker than what? :hmm:; and no one is taking shots at LBJ, the east has been historically bad the last few years and that is fact; everyone always thinks because a person makes solid statements that it's a swipe at someone; if I say apple is good that doesn't mean Samsung is bad or maybe it does :hmm::giggle:

How does a historically bad conference win half of the chips this decade?

And yes the west is very weak, a team won 73 games last year against mainly those squads. Same team already penciled in as champs and no one cares about the WCF.

The funny thing is those same people who conjure up all those things to so called "taint" the Warriors title, won't say shit about what played into the Cavs winning; mofos will just say see i knew the Cavs would win:hmm:even though the Cavs had plenty of help; but clearly their title isn't tainted though:hmm:.....

If the west is weak, then the east is trash; and that argument about championships is dumb; everyone knows the west is tougher to get out of; hell Miami had to face 1 team every year and that dependent on the year; who have the Cavs had to face? Seriously :hmm:;you can't name 1 team out east that could challenge any of the top 4 teams in the west outside of Cleveland; the last few years....the East 2nd best team right now is the Hawks :lol::lol:are you kidding me.......

Bosh was not a top 10 player on the Heat. Please post his NBA Finals averages those 4 years. No one knew or predicted them to go to 4 straight and every year there was an east team predicted to knock them off (Celtics, Knicks, Pacers, Bulls, etc). Its easy to say they were supposed to go to 4 straight Finals after the fact.

Kyrie played sparingly against the Hawks, and was not needed. Against Golden State yes he was absolutely needed. So yes the level in comp from their conference foe to their Finals foe was huge that year, but cats been saying this East is weak stuff since 2012 long before that. I still dont see how a conference that got half the chips this decade is "JV" to the other?

If there is 1 good/great team in 1 conference and 3 or 4 good/great teams in the other conference I'm not sure what you not seeing; plus the lower tier teams are better in 1 conference than the other; regardless of who wins the title

The West is not tougher to get out of. It aint 2011 no more. Theres 1 great team over there that can win 70+ games playing them teams every night. Dubs have had cakewalks to the Finals the last 2 years (save the OKC series) this year will be no different. Teams dont play defense over there, they wont see it til the Finals.

Actually its an opinion... Its the very definition of an opinion.. Only one we KNOW they wouldnt have won shit without is the guy who took a annual lottery winning team in Ohio and made it a champion. Again, not shitting on Bosh.. he was a great player. Just not a top ten guy.

Defense isn't judge by just how many points one gives up; any team could hold another team under 100 if they walked the ball up and ran the shot clock down every position; that's not defense;
