Official NBA 2016-2017 Thread - 30 teams, 1 goal. 2 weeks left, so much can happen!!

Which ones did he?

Mark had a huge influence on the development of Steph. Steph did not have the handles nor court awareness he has now when he first got into the league. Steph had bad ankles and crazy turnover prone. He literally taught Steph how to be a point guard instead of a shooting guard. He allowed Steph to make mistakes so he could become more confident in his role as point.

na I read it man...and you make a good point but for a while basketball has felt to me like how the NFL is now feeling to fans...shit just seems too packaged to me and the gameplay just isn't exciting enough to watch a whole game for me anymore

Word. That's how I've been feeling for a while. I know i'm definitely more into in when my team is winning but that hasn't been the case lately so I've become more of a basketball fan because I can't completely just not watch it. I am not liking this 2-4 team league shit though. Hoping for some upsets and/or surprise teams in this year's playoffs. Oh and I need that boy Lin to channel some of that "Linsanity" and start shutting people up so that will have me paying attention to the Nets. I'm playing fantasy basketball for the 1st time ever. That has me caring a little more about games/players than I normally would.

green barnes ezeli...klay

Dude you're going to sit here and try and convince me of some shit I saw with my own eyes? The Spurs did too. PIP and offensive rebounds. And OKC stopped going to Adams for a long time. Westbrook was cutting into the lane, doing that same pass out shit and they shut that shit down. Adams was beating their ass on the low block early on.

The Lakers front court plays just like Luke when he played. That extra pass (that's all he could really do). Except they are far more athletic.

Lakers got hella offensive boards and didn't get a lot of shots blocked. So if you want to continue to live in the Matrix, have at it. We sat here and watched the shit happen.
Do u understand bball? If so you would realize that rebounding and defense is about positioning effort and energy that's it; GS out rebounded OKC thru 3 quaters and finish tied; had more offensive rebounds and destroyed them in points in the paint 56-38, why????isn't GS the same team that played the lakers, isn't OKC better more athletic better big men than the lakers? So what's the difference? How can GS dominate and control the middle against OKC but not against Lakers? It's called positioning effort and energy....that's it..bball like most sports is a simple game..it's not hard to figure out or see..watch the game from a real analysis point of view instead of a fan point of view; and i guarantee you will see the same thing....

I agree in part but steph, like most great players, was gonna develop regardless; because of his work ethic and skill set; i feel like coaches get way to much credit for so called development; and the thing that the most telling about mark is the majority of players didn't like him; and most felt like they were better without him; im not giving Jackson credit for a completely different team in terms of play and approach and also some different players

Post the minutes and stats of those players and compare them to KD Bruh... Those new players are NOT in any way a direct responsibility to the two epic ass whipping these fools have taken and who people are referring to when they talk about give the team time, except ZaZa... I guess those 7 new players are responsible for Klay out their looking like Jamal Murray too right? FOH!! Y'all insecure BGOL jokers are a hilarious breed boy... The minute someone does see shit the way yall do you get all tender and shit! Fucking Hilarious!!! So cool... if it makes you feel better, my not seeing shit your way constitutes trolling... Funny how you 'Experts' only pull that new player Johnny Cochran shit out after an ass whipping. No mention of that shit after they beat the Thunder tho... HILARIOUS!!! Keep reaching for pleas to cop bruh
Not tender at all bruh. Is there a thing called team chemistry or nah?

I like to give Mark Jackson credit on the mental part of things. Of course I wasn't there so I have zero clues to what happen, but it just seem like his approach and knowledge would help the growing process.

They maybe true but to say Mark build this thing is overstating it alot...

Like I said, we see things differently Bruh... If a group of guys playing 5 mins a game are causing blowouts, I stand correct Fam!

2 new players in the starting 5, and a made over bench. Klay is shooting like ass, but the 3 have to get comfortable with playing with all the new pieces around them. Klay isn't comfortable yet and it shows. Just my .02

Reason why folks say that because he's the coach a few years, then let go, the following year they win it all
I feel them and see it but it doesn't make sense; green was made a starter, a player who hardly ever played under mark; Barnes was also made a stater; the offensive and defensive philosophy are completely different under kerr; just because most of the players are the same doesn't mean the team is

100% true

Mark Jackson didn't build shit; he didn't draft any players nor did he developed any; and to prove that they drafted the same since he left; and his offensive philosophy was hindering the team; fuck his hypocritical non coaching ass.......

I really hope you're not giving Kerr all the credit. Had it not been for Mark Jackson's Warriors team upsetting my Nuggets as a#3 seed which promptly led to them landing their future Finals MVP in Iggy, the Warriors wouldn't have been set up like they are.
Denver Nuggets have a title I forgot about?

Nuggets on the come up. Just had to wait for Kobe to be gone. Mamba out, Nuggets win.

Sitting here watching these fucking refs rob the fuck out of my sixers against cleveland. First that phantom ass call when Kyrie tripped and now this bullshit charge! These fucking refs!!!

Lebron can be so frustrating to watch. Stop looking to pass and just take the shot with a strong post up. 76ers giving the Cavs all they an handle and up to with 2 mins left in the 4th
