It's not a double standard. Men can't come home pregnant by another woman and have that woman spend the next 20 odd years unknowingly raising someones else child. As an immaculate conception is when a child is naturally conceived by a man and a woman between a menstrual cycle where neither the man nor woman was intimate with anyone else.
