The visuals feel like a bunch of 90's movies, following the Kubler Ross model, sewn into an hour long music video. Some are cool while some have the feel of trying to hard to be abstract.

Favorite track was Freedom with Just Blaze and Kendrick.

Stunning cinematography.

As a woman (who hasn't been scorned,) there still were some images/lyrics that struck a nerve and made it more than just a visual album. Even if she hasn't dealt with infidelity in her marriage, this album is great in the fact that a) the power behind the imagery of seeing black girl magic EVERYWHERE, and b) the power behind the message that a person can hurt you, shake you to your core and you can deal with it respectfully and come out clean on the other side.
