2015 - 2016 NBA Thread - NBA where amazing happens - all rookie team named!!!

Celtics jumped those passing lanes and rebounded the ball defensively. That effort is something to strive for. They were calm but played with desire.

Celtics wanted it more because they are fighting for a playoff spot...

That last look Curry got was on target and rimmed out... That shit goes in Celtica losing that game

I honestly had them losing both. Certain teams just play them well. And Brad Stevens is a dam good coach.

He definitely is. He runs offensive sets, he has out of bounds plays, his team commits to defense and he can get the maximum effort from his players. He knows the game.

It will be interesting to see if the Celtics can land a super star with the core players they have now. I like Thomas, but he is a short guy, so they will need to pick up something like a Durant or a dominate type big man to complement him.

Nah hey jus losing they edge, they had the opportunity to win it, they jus missed the shots on they own, shots that they would usually make in the same situation

But landing a superstar, or the wrong superstar might hinder that effort and guidance. Same thing the Pacers and Bulls suffer from. Too lax. Granted they don't have the same coaching but sometimes a team can adopt the mentality of that star. To a fault.

That's true too.

Best case scenario is to develop a player to a superstar like Curry and Leonard. A system superstar would be great for them.

Stop frontin like Curry don't hit that shot on the regular smh

I just don't put too much stock in hypotheticals. The Warriors have a better team but the Celtics put themselves in a great position to win with tactics. And they did. Can't take away from that. And the Warriors were playing to win as well. If you want to do that, fortune has landed on their side as well this year.

Does Draymond count last night as a loss since he said they only had 3 (Portland, Milwaukee, LA) before the game?:dunno:
