How to search within the thread? I don't see that button/prompt anymore along with the 'show all threads by poster' button. Been looking for a thread from the '1st pag'e for abt 10 mins now
No more quick UToob posting button? the vids don't show up in sigs anymore either.
Looks criss & clean so just bring these features back.

HNIC enabled the the video share tag..."the little film roll" next to the image button on reply box...basically just put the HTML link and it's automatically parsed to the respective media site (Youtube, Dailymotion, etc..)

This is what I figured out:
at the bottom....instead of hitting "post reply" just hit "more options". It'll take you to the usual page where you can preview your posts.

There are a lot of optional configurations that can be added to the site that will be it much more interactive and social than vBulletin. For example the ease of adding a chat forum in conjunction with the board is MUCH MORE EASIER with Xenforo than vBulletin. The only issue is support but they're getting better with this. HNIC made a good choice ultimately, once everything gets polished you'll definitely see it.

How do we edit user titles? My title still has all he font color script in it. Will we be able to keep colored user titles or nah?

Click on your user name in the upper right hand corner, select Personal Details and edit your title. I don't think there is an option to change the visual for someone's title, I'll log onto the forum I moderate and see if it can be done.

shit...the bookmarks dont work...dam....that really really sucks...

i guess there was no way around it but dam...i have too many dam themes going plus other members themes that i`m updating to start over...argh!!!

If you subscribed to the threads go to right above the breadcrumbs and click watched threads. If they are bookmarked through your browser they are working on the rewrites so old links work because the board url changed or change everything from http://www.bgol.us/board/ to http://www.bgol.us/forum/ in the meantime.

aight i found out how to view old threads. you need to replace the old thread # in the following link like below

Is there a way to bring back MEMBER SINCE STAT from the old board. The regulars know each other but the new jacks gone to be in for a rude awakening when they pop that shit at vets. Think of this as a public service announcement.

To change your privacy settings click your username then privacy. Allows you to edit things like who can view your profile / turn off current activity etc....

So far I just hit the reply button under the post I wanna respond to. You can scroll back up once you reply to one post & choose another to reply to & it adds the quote to the reply box...

Multiple quote replies, like mine above are unlocked.

To do so: click the "+ quote" on each of the replies you want then scroll down to the reply box and select Insert Quotes to quickly add them along with your tailored response.
