Your second paragraph is nothing more than you talking out of your emotions. If your kid was to continue to act up in class, fail classes and be disruptive this is the kind of outcome they would see.

My mother and father where the only educated ones in their family. The only ones to receive a college degree. The rest of my family were serious drug dealers and street thugs. My mom and dad had three children. Me My brother and sister. All of us have master degrees and with my sister being a Doctor. My dad was an engineer and mom was a principle so my environment was great.

How about continuing in with the class, contacting her parent or guardian as they did AFTER she was beaten up, have them come get her. believe it or not the curriculum of material that high school students have to learn is on a strict time constraint. one day of missed instruction can put the kids really far behind. she should have left so they could continue the lesson and not stop other kids from learning.

In all my years working with the youth, I've witnessed three instances where the kid actually deserved to be manhandled, and trust me that girl didn't come close to any of these situations..

1- As mentioned before, David, the snitch kid who used to set other kids up with the cops, spat on a few worker, threaten to spit on more, knocked out a small West Idian female cook, then threaten to kill another resident.. Cops came and he started popping shit, and the cop dealt with him, and no one saw shit..

2- Some racist white boy who called staff a dirty niggga ape, then spat in his face.. My co-worker was in a real rage and was ready to lose his job and kill the big 6 foot fucker cracker... I came on duty and immediately escorted the white boy away in order to defuse the situation, while we was walking, talking towards the downstairs nurses station he was calm, cool and non threatening. However, as soon as we started walking down stairs, from no where duke tried to push me down the half flight of stairs.. Anticipating some fuckery, I caught his ass, in mid air and pulled him down with me even managed to spin him around causing him to take the brunt of the impact on the wall upon impact... Lucky for me the nurse on the 2nd floor was walking up the other half flight and witnessed the whole thing.. Duke was actually knocked out for a few secs..

3- A regular kid got caught trying to rape special needs children, lets just say he got rough up hard, but no one saw shit..
