Report shows pattern of child abuse by mother of children found in freezer

A child protective services petition to the state of Michigan details a pattern abuse Mitchelle Blair's children endured.
The petition to the court requests termination of parental rights of Blair as well as fathers Alexander Dorsey and Steven Berry.
Blair, a 35-year-old mother of four, was charged with five counts of child abuse in district court Thursday and has confessed to killing her 13-year-old daughter Stoni Blair and 9-year-old son, Stephen Berry.
The two surviving children, a girl and a boy, are staying with their great aunt.
The girl claims Mitchelle tortured Stephen for two weeks prior to his death by tying a belt around his neck, throwing hot water on him while in the shower and putting a plastic bag over his head.
She said Blair found Stephen unresponsive August 30, 2012 and wrapped his body in the bed linen and placed him in the freezer.
She claimed that on May 25, 2013, Stoni told Blair that she did not like her brother and sister, adding that she then became "enraged" and strangled Stoni with a T-shirt and suffocated her with a plastic bag.
The girl said that Blair made her place Stoni in the freezer following her death.
There are details of physical abuse she told investigators of:
-Blair physically burned her and her siblings.
-Blair burned her on the back with a clothing iron.
-A visible cut above her left eye is a result of Blair hitting her with a "two by four" piece of wood.
-Her front tooth is broken because she was hit by Blair with a hot curling iron.
-Her mother refusing to provide her with medical treatment.
The boy told investigators of similar abuse including:
-Twenty-five scars and injuries on his back were found including old and new.
-Numerous loop-shaped scars and injuries on the boy's body including his back, right buttock and right hip - consistent with an extension cord.
Both surviving children also said they have not attended school in two years.
Blair was listed in the petition as receiving about $771 a month in state aid for the four children.
The report states that Alexander Dorsey owes $39,000 in child support and last saw his children two years ago.
Berry is said to owe $12,000 in child support and has not seen his children since April 2012.
