what happened to that show on starz about the NBA? forgot all about that show...can't even remember the name...never finished watching it...I was reading the thread about the NBA draft night groupies and was thinking there should be a show about the NBA and remembered that shit...to be fair it focused on one player and balancing friends family and his team...not really so much about the NBA

Nah, that's the essence of the show (and the feeling of a lot of athletes from the inner-city that make it big) so I think the title is perfect.

It'll be back in a couple of months.

What's tripped out is how Spencer is trying to manage these folks's money and his financial situation is pretty fucked up. Dude didn't even know he had another account at the bank. I'm also interested to see if the show deals with the after effects he's suffering after leaving the game, because he pops pain pills like Tic Tacs.

Man Reggie is a fucking dick, Spence doesn't have to deal with him, just be more savvy than ol boy and get him out the way.

I'm not sure I dig Reggie being the "Big bad", I hope they focus more on Ricky's story he's more entertaining than simple ass Vernon.

that was the best episode of the the early season. its getting better each week. so much shit is about to go down:

vernon gave in to reggies peer pressure and ended up snorting coke off groupie bitches. reggie's grimey ass took pics of the shit which will probably be used against vernon when he finally decides to let him loose.

ricky fucking alonzos mom is just on some wow shit when they already have friction...great writing...pussy must be good since he is struggling with letting that go. He is going to have major problems getting along with his new teammates.

Greane wanting to play ball again...i knew he missed that shit. Those urges are going to fuck up things with his wife big time
