Safaree rebounded after being bounced to the curb by Nicki Minaj by hooking up with banger model Zashia Santiago who may be bouncing back to jail after her probation violation.
Looks like Santiago recently plead guilty to snatching up some patient’s information as part of a phony tax refund scam and got busted by authorities, ******.com exclusively learned.

And the beautiful former nursing assistant may be headed to the slammer after she was re-arrested in May for violating her probation.
Model Zashia Santiago pled guilty in 2013 to one count of felony possession of 15 or more unauthorized access devices after she copped to swiping 20 hospital patient’s names, dates of birth, social security numbers and addresses.
Santiago’s boss at Baptist Health System called the feds on her after she got caught with a list of patient’s private information, according court documents filed in U.S. District Court. Santiago admitted to a federal agent that she stole her patient’s information in order to give it a man, Cristobal Puig, who was going to file fake tax returns with them. Santiago said Puig promised her $200 to $500 per patient once the tax money came through.
This has got to be an embarrassing setback for the aspiring artist Safaree who thought he had come up after being dismissed by the Pink Princess and Queen of Young Money.
