If you look at his playoff numbers aside from that Lakers year when he played with a bad shoulder, he puts up great numbers in the post season. He a big goofy kid but he puts in work and is the only Rocket who hasn't played half sleep this series.
Let's not forget that he's doing all this with a knee that's not 100%. Harden and the role players gotta step up. Too many turnovers and terrible defense.

There are plenty of talented coaches to be found.....
The nba just choses to circulate a small pool of candidates.
If they wanted to they could find a thibs replacement and my bet is they would do just fine.
This is not to say that he is not a good coach but no one is irreplaceable

Its about winning it all not just being good. Some coaches can't get over the top with certain teams. There's no shame in that. Do you want a coach that is a good coach but can't win it all with your group so you guys are 2nd round exits for the next 10 years? lol
