***THE OFFFICIAL BGOL 2015 NBA PLAYOFFS THREAD*** Who you Got?

Now watch the Rockets come out of half time and do the same stupid shit. Fuck McHale.....

Shiddddd......maybe CP3 don't have to play in this series.

I was thinking the same thing give him all the rest he needs. Although I'm sure their fans who pay a lot of money will want to see him play at home in LA, but if I'm Doc and they win this game, I keep sitting him to til the Rockets win.

if you don't win then thibs should be fired and the team needs some overhaul period.

They wanted THibs out of their prior to this season. Players indirectly acknowledged this a few times this season during interviews. I wouldnt be shocked if Gar and Paxton are praying that the Bulls get bounced either this round or next. THibs has his flaws....but Thibs is a good coach..imho. He'll easily find another job once he leaves Chicago.

Regardless.....despite this current front office being great in the draft, fa's etc etc over the last few years.....someone needs to start asking questions. Why is it Paxton and crew always have problems with coaches??? I understand Tom Tibby was a rookie coach....and may have needed someone to guide him. But do you want a coach, or do you want a puppet?

If the Rockets lose this game, I'm putting the blame on McHale for not figuring how to stop Griffin with Paul being out. This is the Blazers series all over again with Griffin looking like Aldridge. This dude does not know how to make any fucking in game adjustments on offense or defense.

Hard to do because of the versatility Blake is showing. Their giving him the ball on the perimeter, letting him create his own shot instead of pick and rolling and they don't have a big strong and athletic enough to guard him. Put a smaller Dude on him, he puts them on his hip, put a strong Dude on him, he has handles and a mid range. If they focus too much on stopping him that leaves Redick and crew open for easy looks... No win situation for McHale actually.

Shit if we win tonight...

I would rest Chris the first half on game 3 or see how he's feeling.

But if we go up 2-0

No excuse to kill these niggas at home

my thing is this. he should hire someone to handle the offensive duties. run their system on offense and he does his thing on the defensive side of the ball and monitor minutes. that's an easy compromise he doesn't seem willing to make.

ego's kill coaches

not the decision but the decision for him to keep coaching if everyone knows he's going to get fired.

I'll give Thibs credit for not letting all the politics and rumors affect the game. He's loyal to the players and the players are loyal to him. He wants to coach them to a championship even if it means giving a trophy to the muthafuckas who want to fire him.

The FO been wanting to fire him over the last couple seasons. Rose vouching for him was the only thing keeping him in Chicago.

Rose wanted one more playoff run with him, and now that he's got it, win or lose, Rose can't save him.

Easily the worst coach left in the playoffs

I'm just here so I don't get fined

damn houston getting bu'n @ home 2x like this...naaaah they making a comeback

Harden needs to go out there this half and show us why he was a leading MVP candidate. This is the playoffs sir.

I agree, there's no one on the Rockets who can guard Griffin but the scheme against dude is terrible. McHale needs to mix it up and put Howard on dude when he gets in the post. The Rockets are clueless on their defensive rotation. McHale witnessed Aldridge go off on them last year in the same manner before he made adjustments, by then it was too late.

You think Popovich would allow this shit with Chris Paul being out against the Spurs for two games? Then to add insult to injury, The Clips have the weakest bench in the playoffs along with CP3 missing.

I don't know why I'm getting worked up, I've been said the Rockets ain't sniffing a championship with this idiot of a coach.

ego's kill coaches

Yea.....
And egos and nonchalant type attitudes kill your title hopes as well. Besides Noah.....no one on the Bulls seems to take things serious enough...imho.

I give Noah a pass for his struggles. He was asked to do a lot last year...shit that he normally doesnt do. And he hasnt been healthy most of this year either. I dont know if its the injuries...or maybe he already hit his wall.....but i give him a pass.

But the rest of these guys....including Derrick, Butler etc.......theres only so much blame that can be put on being tired. This teams doesnt seem to want to respond until their backs are against the walls. You cant play those type of games in the playoffs.

I type a lot about LBJ taking easy/close shots, easy rides to the finals etc etc......but i will give people like him, Kobe etc props for their passion. You can look in certain players eyes and tell which ones really want it and which ones dont.

Btw...im still probably one of the few that gives the Bulls a shot to knock out the Cavs. Its still the first to 4; 3 to go for both teams.

I doubt the Clippers will face another mental challenge this playoffs like the one against the Spurs. I look at that as a huge factor in this playoffs.

First of all I near dies laughing when shaq fell down just now

Secondly...Houston has a problem because outside of Harden who are the creative ball handlers for the rockets

And blake is problematic because he has to be guarded out to mid range..he can put the ball on the floor...HE IS A GREAT PASSER...they cant just hack him because he will make enough of those free throws

They got to find a way to slow him down and just hope he goes cold...or they got to get hot themselves

ya I wrote them off completely after that 30 pt. blowout...and then to not only come back from that but 2 elimination games in that series as well...they proved me dead wrong re: their mental toughness...they just might've finally turned that corner that they needed to
