Bruce Ellington has a sprained ankle

"49ers may have dodged a bullet on WR Bruce Ellington. Has just a sprained ankle post-MRI. In pain, but day to day."
(hopefully not a high ankle sprain)

Ian Williams broken leg, out at least a month

"NT Ian Williams is out indefinitely with a broken leg. No surgery necessary, but will miss at least a month."

:smh::smh::smh:

Also look at the last pass play, the Drew Brees fumble
Brees held the ball a long time b/c no one was open down field
Borland took away Brees' easy outlet pass
I'm not sure if that was planned or by accident, but Borland trips the Saints WR, preventing Brees from dumping the ball off, for an easy 5-10 yards

When Baldy said Borland looked like Luke Kuechly out there
I LOL @ the so called "experts", looking with a blank expression on their faces, like they had absolutely NO CLUE who Chris Borland was

:cool::cool::cool:

They didn't but they had to respect it. Lynch getting double teamed means they saw the tape and know he's a problem. Now they can't double team him with Aldon in there.
Top 5 pass defense in the league..what i tell you Curt?
And it can still get better. I like this db by Committee yesterday. Cox and Culliver were the starters ward and brock and even johnson got snaps. I think they're working brock back into the flow of things then it'll be Culliver brock and cox.. which is a sick lineup ward coming in at dime but having all this experience under his belt..

Borland the beast. he's clearly earned a spot alongside willis when he comes back. Whihote has been serviceable and should be commended but it's done for. Just like Skuta.. done for

Insane family

And these aren't just players these are pro bowl all pro players

This is why when I heard Carson and the Cards was crying over that injury, I was you little whiny ass bitch, imagine if your whole team went down...
Right now, after the past three seasons, its hard for me to have sympathy towards any other team and their injuries/run in bad luck..

The crazy thing is,
I forgot to put Kendall Hunter & Marcus Lattimore on the list
And the season is only half way done

:eek::eek::eek:

I got away for a week and more players go down. What the hell man?

Willis gone of the season: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap30...ck-willis-toe-to-be-placed-on-seasonending-ir

Patrick Willis (toe) placed on 49ers' season-ending IR

The Niners also appear to be in danger of not having the services of NaVorro Bowman this season. ESPN's Ed Werder reported Tuesday that Bowman is still having knee pain and is unsure when he will be cleared to return to practice. Bowman has not played a down since suffering a serious knee injury in the NFC Championship Game.

:sad::sad::sad:

Turf toe has ended careers. Its serious shit.

I never saw Bowman coming back this season. Dude took an ugly injury in late January. It's way too early for him to come back.

He might, it's almost a year. No rush. Emergence of Lynch and borland and aldon back its crazy to say but we'll be ok.

shit sucks though

We'll definitely be ok. Fangio's doing an awesome job of coaching these guys up. It definitely sucks though.

We're just going to get more complex in coverage scheme.

Thing is we're the 2nd ranked defense in the NFL
Top 5 in passing defense and we haven't had a pass rush this entire year.
A lot of the sacks are coverage sacks, including the last one that Brooks got on Brees.
And now Aldon is back. And he has a friend in Lynch. Things are about to get really disruptive.

I encourage 49ers fans to check out this interview
The man is a WARRIOR
It's been a lingering injury for years
You could tell Pat was speaking from his heart

"Sometimes there are guys hurting & hurting real bad. But we still go out there & lay it on the line for this game, b/c we love to play it & for one another. But sometimes, somethings just wont allow it.... no matter how strong we are... and this was one of those times for me"

GET WELL PAT !!!
:cool::cool::cool:

if someone tries to tell you aldon isn't the best.

Jimmie Ward out for the season, placed on IR with a foot injury

http://www.sacbee.com/sports/nfl/san-francisco-49ers/article3952981.html
:smh::smh::smh:

I said it before & I will say it again.... I NEVER liked this pick... AT ALL
We picked Jimmie Ward, then the Broncos picked Bradley Roby right after us
Roby is the perfect nickel CB... and we picked Jimmie Ward instead !!!

They took an undersized safety already coming off foot surgery, and tried to play him at the nickel CB spot
If Baalke wanted a nickel CB, then he should have picked a gawd damn nickel CB... which was Bradley Roby !!!

CLEARLY Ward is not better than Eric Reid or Antoine Bethea
And clearly he's not better than Brock/Cully/Cox either
Sooo that means he will be on the bench for a long time
This Jimmie Ward pick will be another 1st round bust by Trent Baalke, I already see it coming
And not nessecerily from a lack of talent perspective but b/c Baalke is trying to fit a square peg in a round hole !!!

:hithead::hithead::hithead:

I don't know about the pick whether it'll be good or not. I hate this injury shit that's what's fucking with me. how many people gonna go on ir???? the fuck is this shit?

we might have made a mistake with him BUT we didn't with borland hyde martin and johnson. Time for dontae to step up to the plate and do good like he did when he was called upon

this shit is CRAZY

C/S all of the above. I remember hating the pick at the time too. Too much of a projection.

that shit wasn't on kap

hold onto the damn ball. if you fall you fall that don't mean you fumble.

he just got through almost fumbling 2 plays before.

Come on man, stop being a homer for Kap
They just showed the replay
Gore tripped over Kaps foot
Then as Gore was going down, the back of Miller's foot hit against the ball... popping it out of Gore's hands
It was a freak play

:hmm::hmm::hmm:

On the 49ers last drive...
Alex Boone gave up yet another sack, by letting him man blow right by
Dude has been pathetic at pass blocking, all season long

:angry::angry::angry:

if it was a freak play then how can you blame someone for it?

im not being a homer. they crossed legs he tripped that doesn't mean you fumble. miller heel hitting the ball caused the fumble.

there's no blame kap solely on that.

:angry::angry::angry:

need to run more straight forward shit. we got 66 yards rushing in the 1st quarter. keep running the damn football they can't stop it and we've drove down the field both times.

just gotta punch it into the end zone and take care of the ball. starts right here. and kap needs to stop keeping it on the zone read

he needs to hand it off every single time.
