Police just executed an unarmed 17 yr old brotha (shot 10 times)

The only point is justice for Michael Brown, Robert P. McCulloch is in complete control of that.

That's why it was SO important to deal with that.

McCulloch, 63, has served as St. Louis County’s prosecuting attorney since 1991. A Democrat, he is running for reelection this November unopposed.

http://www.newsweek.com/ferguson-prosecutor-robert-p-mccullochs-long-history-siding-police-267357

That is why we are stopping 1-70, he could WIN in this situation either way.

He's known there were other officers there.

He can keep the vote by, throwing African Americans a bone . . . or painting Michael Brown as criminal and looking, " TUFF ON CRIME " to whites.

This is why I do not care about liberal editorials, op eds, etc.

I'm sure all of that is true and it connects simply enough but how is this presented in a way that causes folks to take action?

]No, but it basically asks the question, how are they going to spin it now that there are white witnesses, since none of the black witnesses were good enough.
[/B]
I swear my blood did a low level boil every time reporters,( even ones who seemed to believe the witness accounts)referred to the witnesses in a way to relay that regardless of what they saw, because they are black and the victim was black, the testimony is no good/had to have had some sort of collaboration/ or inferred they were lying because they hate white people/police/authority or wanted some type of racial payback. White privilege is real.

They'll dig up some crazy dirt on those white guys to make them "untrustworthy ". Cannabis use, dui, parking tickets...everyone has something that that did in the past, and no matter how much they have grown, it will be used to make them look like pieces of shit.

Young Black Man at Ferguson Town Hall: "We got the Power, You Don't"

by Frank Vyan Walton

Following a long rambling, condescending speech by a older white gentleman who pretty much explained that "After 16 years as a committe man, I supported African-American candidates..." [You want a cookie to go with that?] and "They come to my home, they come to my Christmas parties" [He wants Mega-Bonus points for letting the Darkies in his house!] and that he too, was - in effect - raised a "poor black child" [yes, just like in "The Jerk"] by a single mother, on food stamps, who wasn't from the country and he truly understood the challenges that others faced. And so on and so forth.

Because, y'know, ain't all Black people on food stamps? And growing up in fatherless broken homes?

In response a young man took the Mic, proclaiming his name was "Mike Brown from Ground Zero" he said, wearing a black "Peacekeeper" t-shirt and proceeded to drop some knowledge and true science.

“It is time for us to get suited and booted and kick their you-know-whats out of office,” he said. “We’ve got the power — they don’t. We’re trying to figure out how this man, that man, the old man — the Man, the Man, the Man up there on his iPad who don’t care what we have to say. How do we get him out? We vote him out! We recall him out!”

“A month ago, a young man was shot down several times, and that’s a fact,” the man said, alluding to a comment by an older, white male who earlier had yelled, “You want facts? I’ll give you facts!”

“His body laid on that pavement for hours, and that’s a fact,” the young man continued. “All the videos, all the nonsense they try to put out there, but the facts are out there — and they’re still hiding behind one white officer. They are letting all this go on for one white officer.”

“But do you know what? We ought to thank them,” he said, “because it’s time for us to kick them out. They don’t care about us, that’s been proven. And they won’t care until we show them that we have the power to vote them out.”

The young man added that the white community has “been thinking for too long, that black people don’t love each other — that me and this brother,” he said, pointing to a fellow attendee, “can’t go out there and peacefully protest for our rights. But guess what? It happened, and it’s not going to stop. If we don’t get justice, young people are going to continue to stand up.”

“We’re not fighting each other anymore, that stuff is dead,” he said. “We’re fighting them, because they’ve been fighting us. And we won’t take it. We’re fired up! We’re fed up! We’re young! We’re strong!”

“So mayor,” he concluded, “you better enjoy that seat, because November is coming up, and you are out!”

Video Shows Witnesses' Disbelief Following Michael Brown Shooting

<iframe width='416' height='234' src='http://www.cnn.com/video/api/embed.html#/video/us/2014/09/10/ac-dnt-kaye-new-michael-brown-witness.cnn' frameborder='0'></iframe>

A video airing on CNN Wednesday showed witnesses' immediate reactions to the shooting death of Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager shot and killed by a Ferguson, Missouri police officer last month.

In a cell phone video provided to CNN, two men who were doing construction work on a home near the scene react to seeing Brown shot by Officer Darren Wilson.

"He had his f**king hands up," one man says in the recording.

The men later spoke to CNN about what they saw. One worker said he heard two gunshots about 30 seconds apart:

"The cop didn't say get on the ground. He just kept shooting," the man said.
That same witness described the gruesome scene, saying he saw Brown's "brains come out of his head," again stating, "his hands were up."
...
The other contractor told CNN he saw Brown running away from a police car.
Brown "put his hands up," the construction worker said, and "the officer was chasing him."
The contractor says he saw Wilson fire a shot at Brown while his back was turned.

The two men in the video spoke under the condition of anonymity to CNN. It is not clear if they are the same construction workers who spoke to St. Louis' Fox 2 and the St. Louis Post Dispatch.

“I saw him staggering and running and when he finally caught himself he threw his hands up and started screaming OK OK OK OK OK and then the three officers come through the thing and the one just started shooting," one man told Fox 2 last month.

A friend of Brown's, Dorian Johnson, has also come forward as a witness. Speaking to KSDK in St. Louis last month, Johnson said Brown had not reached for Wilson's weapon.

"It was definitely like being shot like an animal," Johnson said.

Federal investigators stepped in to help probe Brown's death after protests erupted in the St. Louis suburb following the August 9 shooting. The Justice Department is also investigating the conduct of Ferguson's police as well as the county police force.

Young Black Man at Ferguson Town Hall: "We got the Power, You Don't"

by Frank Vyan Walton

Following a long rambling, condescending speech by a older white gentleman who pretty much explained that "After 16 years as a committe man, I supported African-American candidates..." [You want a cookie to go with that?] and "They come to my home, they come to my Christmas parties" [He wants Mega-Bonus points for letting the Darkies in his house!] and that he too, was - in effect - raised a "poor black child" [yes, just like in "The Jerk"] by a single mother, on food stamps, who wasn't from the country and he truly understood the challenges that others faced. ancestral soul clap!

this should be on BET, TVONE and every so called black media outlet.

What that kid said at the City Council meeting is someething everyone in here need to really hear. You got some of the sell out assholes in here that talk abot voting don't matter but St Louis has proven how different that is. You have an area like Ferguson where Black people didn't vote and you had ex cops that were changing men for bleeding on their uniforms elected to City Council. You have white mayors running unopposed to run a city that is 70% Black. Think about that....he ran unopposed....and people accepted that. Now read this:

The town of Berkeley, for example, has unusually high black political participation. For about a century, there was a historically black enclave in northwest St. Louis County called Kinloch. In the 1980s, most of Kinloch was erased due to an expansion of the St. Louis airport. Much of Kinloch’s population wound up in nearby Berkeley, infusing the town with black residents who had been in the area for generations, and had well-established traditions of political participation and self government. Currently, Berkeley has an all-black city council, a black mayor, a black city manager, and majority-black police force.

THAT is the difference when voting. So when those self hating cocksuckers on here run that don't vote bullshit you look at what happens in an area that doesn't vote, Ferguson, and an area where the people do vote, Berkeley.
