everything undocumented should not be allowed in court. simple as that.
there are procedures in place for a reason and they didn't follow any of them so everything they say should be thrown out

Sadly for many of us, we don't want to deal with these kinds of issues until we get the nigga wake up call a la Stephen A Smith, Spike Lee, Isiah Washington, etc.
It's really no different than back in the 60s during the civil rights movement. A lot of black people back then were mainly concern with that next check coming. They felt those "troublemakers" down south were making them look good in front of "good white folk".
The fact that the shooting went undocumented shows a reckless disregard for policy and procedure and should bring into question everything from the cop pulling someone through a cruiser window while seated. I know that can't be procedure and policy on how to initiate a stop whether the suspect is walking or riding. That also brings into question the policies around apprehending a suspect. I don't think that him not documenting the shooting is going to work in his favor. Just the opposite.
