Police just executed an unarmed 17 yr old brotha (shot 10 times)

Re: Mike Brown Deserved to Die? Shortly after shooting, Witness backs officer story F

Emergency room? Nobody said that mike stomped the officer into a coma or anything that would require medical attention. Why doesn't the autopsy reveal any hand marks to the neck from the officer joking Mike like the friend said?

a cop will go to the emergency room for a splinter.

if he had been assaulted he would have gone to bolster his story.

you said assaulted . what was the assault ?

Baden also said he didn't have access to Browns clothers....very possible that th cop was holding onto the neckline of his shit trying to grab his neck..

The choice was McCain/Palin or R-Money. Those votes were not wasted. Not fully fulfilled but definitely not wasted.

No doubt. I do feel the years of obstruction and overall CAC bullshit have neutered him to the point of being ostentatiously moderate in nearly everything he does now which is incredibly disappointing.

Well Jeez President Obama,

I guess there are no WHITE People that commit crime either, huh?

Last few years of his presidency,
With really nothing to lose,
Except possibly whatever legacy he thinks he will have,
And Dude spouts the "Black Crime" line.

Really Brother?

Man his legacy and his approval rating are low enough that actually speaking out one time on black issue is not going to hurt his approval rating or legacy. Shit man, you only got two years left. Go all out, brother.

Re: Mike Brown Deserved to Die? Shortly after shooting, Witness backs officer story F

I can't believe this thread is 7 pages long. OP is an obvious troll, probably a crackkka, and definitely a moron. or maybe blunt. miss this fool fam.

If you need to know anything other than Mike was a great young kid on his way to college gunned down by a killer cop for NO REASON you are a cac or coon, haven't you heard?

the shot at the top of his head was the last shot that hit him as he was probably falling over or leaning down.

The diagram is misleading. the shot did not hit him in the temple just above the area right between his eyes....the shot hit him on the top of his head... if you were to pat your head...then that would be the area where the shot entered.

Re: DId Anyone See the Cop Picture In The Mike Brown Shooting on MSNBC

yes this needed a new thread

Re: Mike Brown Deserved to Die? Shortly after shooting, Witness backs officer story F

Go to about 6 minutes and 30 seconds in: I played this video before, but I never took noticed to the background conversation of a guy who had witnessed the shooting.

#1 How’d he get from there to there?

#2 Because he ran, the police was still in the truck – cause he was like over the truck

{crosstalk}

#2 But him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran – the police got out and ran after him

{crosstalk}

#2 Then the next thing I know he doubled back toward him cus - the police had his gun drawn already on him –

#1. Oh, the police got his gun

#2 The police kept dumpin on him, and I’m thinking the police kept missing – he like – be like – but he kept coming toward him

It's also the vid where he said something along the lines of "they say he stole some rellos."

{crosstalk}

#2 Police fired shots – the next thing I know – the police was missing

#1 The Police?

#2 The Police shot him

#1 Police?

#2 The next thing I know … I’m thinking … the dude started running … (garbled something about “he took it from him”)

Sad to say, but it looks like all of this was caused by a dumb thief that got himself killed :smh:

Well hopefully something good comes from all this, but I've totally switched sides from backing Mike to backing the officer... it seems like he got what he was asking for.

I don't hear him say that! You made that shit up! :smh:

Re: Mike Brown Deserved to Die? Shortly after shooting, Witness backs officer story F

Michael Baden said that because there was no gun shot residue on Browns body the muzzle had to be at least 1 or 2 feet away but could have been 30 feet away and it would be the same result.

So he didn't say that Brown was close to the officer as one poster in this thread said..He was giving the minimum distance required for no residue to show on the body..

Couple that with the 3 witnesses who said he was 30 feet away then you have consistency between the findings and the statements.

Can we just admit that we believe what we want to believe. All of these witness testimonies are different. Not to say these people are not telling the truth, but we have to piece these all stories together to get the big picture. Details are going to be omitted to protect ones opinions.

The truest statement in the thread. Critical thinkers they are not.

A critical thinker has the ability to change their opinion, based on new facts.

The Mike Brown faction can't admit that he did in fact commit a robbery.

The pro cop faction can't admit that just because he committed a robbery, he didn't deserve to be shot dead in the street.

The video clearly shows a robbery took place. Using force to commit a theft is robbery. Period. Failing to concede that a robbery occurred weakens one's stance on the other points they are trying to make. And not only did he push the man with force, but he clearly used his size to threaten more force when he advanced on the man again. That is robbery folk.

Dorian wasn't charged because his statement absolved him of liability for the robbery. He told the authorities that when MB tried to hand him the cigars he wouldn't take them and told MB that he doesn't do that...he doesn't steal. The video confirms that. That is why he wasn't charged, pure and simple.

I believe Dorian when he said the cop rolled up on them and said, "get the fuck on the sidewalk".

At this time the cop sees the cigars and realizes these guys may have been involved in the robbery that was broadcast over the radio.

I believe Dorian when he says the cop is so close to them that when he tries to open his door, it can't open because they are so close. The cop probably tried to grab one of them through the window and that was probably MB. At this point Dorian is in the wind.

Ain't no way an officer is supposed to grab someone through the window. I don't believe no way no how that MB went for that officer's gun. Standard cop bullshit protocol lie to justify murder.

MB probably just jerked his arm away and took off running.

Now asshole cop syndrome kicks in. These kids obviously lived in the area. No weapons were alleged to have been involved in the robbery. Why not get your ass back into the car and get on the radio and give a description of a suspect running? Instead he gets his mad and angry ass out the car and starts busting????

Ain't no justification for that.

When MB turns around, he is giving up. He ain't charging, he is quitting.

I don't hear him say that! You made that shit up! :smh:

I didn't write that transcript, but at 7:19 he says "AND THEN DUDE STARTED RUNNING, KEPT COMING TOWARDS THE POLICE."

He clearly says that mike charged at the police officer.

It doesn't matter if he was a thug or an angel...

He was unarmed and shot multiple times and anyone else would be facing charges.

People don't deserve to be gunned down due to what they have done in their life. It can only be justified based on what they are doing at the time they are shoot.

Clowns try to bring other shit into it like that justifies it. Well he wasn't good so he somehow deserved it

He was unarmed...but if he was charging at a police officer that had his gun drawn, what do you expect to happen?

Now of course...if the officer is lying about Mike charging at him and he shot him in the head and killed him like he did, that is of course out of line and the officer should face charges...

Audio at about 7:18-7:19- "AND THEN DUDE STARTED RUNNING, KEPT COMING TOWARDS THE POLICE."

Re: Mike Brown Deserved to Die? Shortly after shooting, Witness backs officer story F

According to the the witness that I'm quoting, the police officer missing him and him turning around and running towards the police and being gunned down is consistent with what the officer's friend said the officer told him. It also matches that he wasn't shot in the back like the others were saying, the bullets were missing him.

This witness story matches more closely to the evidence and it's told in detail immediately after the event.

Do you guys even think what the person is saying is plausible?

Shoot him in the leg. You can't charge with one leg.
