People from the beginning of the clip said that dude had his arms raised and the police kept firing. You can hear this at :18 secs and several other times in this video..

Yet you choose to believe is from a guy who says i dont know at least three times while telling his version which isnt clear to begin with..

I said it wasn't a strong arm robbery and he didn't intimidate the owner to acquire his property.

It was shoplifting plain and simple but that doesn't sound serious enough to explain murder.

When he was leaving the store he turned to the owner to back him off...

using robbery sets the narrative not the facts

and had he been caught red handed by the police he wouldn't have been charged with strong arm robbery

It's evidence that he was acting violently immediately prior to the shooting when he intimidated the store clerk. Which suggests that the police officer's account of being assaulted by Mike may be accurate... which lends credence to the witness on the videos testimony that Mike charged at the officer as also being plausible.
