Go to about 6 minutes and 30 seconds in: I played this video before, but I never took noticed to the background conversation of a guy who had witnessed the shooting.
Sad to say, but it looks like all of this was caused by a dumb thief that got himself killed
Well hopefully something good comes from all this, but I've totally switched sides from backing Mike to backing the officer... it seems like he got what he was asking for.

I haven't seen anything yet. The only people I ever see them mentioned in media is fox news, and they just mention them to scare old white ppl.

When they released the cops name, they released a video saying Michael Brown robbed a store. Today the autopsy results come out, and a report is leaked that Michael had weed in his system

Are we sure he is a witness or somebody saying what they heard.
There were also two independent female witnesses that seemed to back up the story that he was shot for no reason.
They spoke on camera and to the Feds not some anonymous audio
And the autopsy correlates that he was shot at a distance from the officer and one bullet entered the top of his head
So how is it justified to shoot an unarmed person running away ? and to continue shooting after he gives himself up ?

I haven't seen those reports yet but I actually expected that. Weed doesn't make people violent and tho and is legal in some places now so it doesn't carry as much of a stigma as it used to.

Every other testimony you guys are quoting is from days after the shooting... this testimony is minutes after the shooting, from a person who had no chance to rehearse his statement and didn't even know it was being recorded. You can hear from what he is saying that he witnessed everything that happened after Mike started running. This is the purest testimony and it matches the officers statement to a tee.

The video doesn't disprove the fact that the cop used excessive force, specifically it doesn't explain the kill shot to the top of the head. Mike Brown is 6'3": the kill shot occurred as Mike was falling over--which is excessive force.

How am I a CAC? I was supporting Mike heavy in the main thread. However, it got exposed that Mike just got done robbing the store and punking the owner. With this video, it exposes that there was an eyewitness reporting to have saw the same thing that the officer said happened. This was minutes after the shooting.

If you just assaulted an officer and you are running at him with his gun already drawn, you are going to get your ass lit up 9/10 times.
As the witness said, most of the shots seem to be missing Mike, but Mike kept coming at the officer so the officer kept shooting.

All of those statements are from days later...many of the people had lawyers and a lot of time to reimagine the events. This is the freshest testimony of what occurred available (just minutes after) and it matches what the officer said fully.
