Imagine this.... If the prosecutor is crazy enough, they can charge Michael Brown Friend with his death. Anything that happen during the commission of a crime all involved can be charged even if they are not responsible. So If the cops say the cops going after them was part of the crime in that they were trying to get away then the crime scene is extended to the shooting thus making Mike friend responsible for his death. It has been done before and I would not be shocked if they arrested him for the robbery and Mikes death.....
