What he would do is flag people's videos and get Youtube to take them down.
He also would pay other cats for their videos, take them and post em up with the Vlad label.
Then he gets cats like Charlamagne and Lord Jamar to run to him and make him rich by giving him a shitload of content.
These cats would rather go to him rather than other brothas and put money in their pockets.
I think he stills posts here or pays ppl to post his shit.

To this day his content gets posted here AT LEAST once a week. He has content that I give a shit about so I watch it quite a bit.
I like that he got involved in battle culture early. That's mostly what I check for. He gets some nice exclusive interviews. He's gotten a nice staff, and you can count on about 15 mins of content pretty much every day. He's pretty much a MUST DO media outlet if someone wants to be seen andet the world know they got something coming. Even pumping and exposing lord Jamar for the shit he has to say brings in views. This is 50 has more money but they ain't doin as well as far as I can tell.
He's revolt tv before revolt tv and he's REALLY revolt tv cuz it ain't ON TV. If they were smart they would've picked up his content and packaged it like a show on their channel. They probably offered but he's doing fine where he is. I think we have to face it. The Russian is doing his thing in a place where someone Black maybe should have. Dame tried to copy myspace back in the day, he mentioned on there. Problem with Dame is he doesn't even know anything about those platforms, he just sees money. It's kinda true about being a tech company. You have to have some clue about how the shit works. Dame just speaks in terms of if something is "cool" or "lame".

Original and relevant content that people want to see and hear. He built his brand and his niche pretty much like Worldstar Hip Hop did. Celebs wouldn't go to him if he weren't getting the viral buzz, views and exposure.
It's a model that works and dude works it. He's the hip-hop Wendy Williams of the internet. Not really crazy about his style myself but he knows how to produce some exclusive relevant and attention grabbing content at times the same way Worldstar does.

Dame wants to build another juggernaut like Rocafella in whatever arena avenue or hustle that he can. Don't know if he will ever get that large again or not. Q for Worldstar heard Steve Stoute on The Breakfast Club talking about what he would do if he owned Worldstar, by getting the Pre-Roll ads, next thing you know Q got them on the site, so i bet we will see Vlad taking that ideal and expanding with merch and countless other things that connects to that Vladtv brand/website, they all run with each others models especially when the game is free.

Simple networking.
Get a team.....A HUNGRY TEAM....everyone knows how to do a little of everything...then build from that.
I quickly learned that lesson after spending hours doing c++ homework. After one year of that bs..i said fuck it and just paid one of the nerds in the class to do the computer work for me.

Back in the dayz he had to do a lot of interviews, search for material, etc etc. Doing all that plus doing all the programming, editing etc after youre done ...well its A LOT OF STRESS; an amount of stress that might make u want to consider a different career.
Like i stated....i was getting stressed the fuck out just doing c++ homework.
And thats usually the beginners programming class....lol.
Theres so many hungry computer savvvy folks out here tho.
If you got the money to pay em.....it can be a great move that benefits both of you.
