Actually Howard makes $21M and Harden only makes $15M. Between them both its $36,130,177, and with all other holds they're around $45M.
If they re-sign Parsons they'd have slight cap space but wouldn't have much to offer another decent free agent.
They'd have to use their mid-level and I'm not sure whether they'd get the full mid or mini-mid-level.

Right so that's 3 players costing them 50 million. These dudes talking about all these other guys like Bledsoe....they don't have the money for them. Its pretty much vet. minimum and 2.5 million exception or die. The could've got more for Asik than a salary dump. They played themselves.
