Man Morey fucked his own team over. Now its either overpay Parson for the same team you had last year, or use that space to sign somebody else because he has to get 90% above the cap floor anyhow
They may have to. I wouldn't rule it out just yet. I hope they match Parsons because i'd rather sign several players for that money but Rockets were gonna go ALL IN if they had Bosh. They were willing to sign up Bosh and then retain Parsons. They re-up Parsons that's it. They gotta attempt to get better by signing guys to mid-level and veteran minimums. Either you sign Parsons or you try again next year and try to put pieces around your core.
