Man loses 40 pounds, gains a six-pack and $50,000

Okay...let me just say this because some of you people are coming off as really ignorant.

Yes, the results that this man has achieved can be done naturally. With my powers of estimation, I would have guessed it took him 10 to 14 months.

Boom! Now, we have a clash because supposedly it was done in 3 months - less than 100 days. Less than 100 days. Again, less than 100 days.

I'm sorry but I just don't see the muscularity in the "before picture" for him to have those remarkable results in the "after picture."

If some of y'all want to entertain this bullshit, go right ahead. Just know you're gullible.

The reason people believe it is because the fitness industry has been pushing this instant results philosophy for years because if people realized the amount of work they have to put into getting a nice physique then they would venture into the gym. Also, they never talk about the "supplements" that are needed to get these results. I am not hating, but I know the reality.

He also went on a body builder competition ready diet to do that in three months. I bet he was hard to deal with because he had totally cut out carbs. Now the trick is keep it off.

You read a lot of TMZ and shit like that huh? HGH isn't a miracle drug bruh, most people don't start seeing changes for 4-6 months

 that dude is telling a damn lie...

you just dont all of a sudden make that transformation that fast..

I have seen people lie about this plenty of times

trust me he tren hard and eats clen

This. This cat was on tren, an ECA stack and test at the very least...

His posting style makes me think my initial thought was correct. He is a body building who induced his "before"-pic state and then trained extremely efficiently + dieted to get "back" into shape for his "after" pic.

People are even pointing out the same thing in the comments

"46 lbs is possible in 3 months. He lifted off and on for 28 years so had a solid base. He also probably bloated in the before pics and added a good 10lbs"

yeah and out of those 28 years he claims he doesnt know what steroids are or TRT....

this dude

Genetics my ass...

Tren diet and clen eating

:yes::yes::yes:

Yeah I missed it at 1st

bullshit

Dude lost 3.5 pounds per week while making muscle gains and hes 45...Like I said he put in the hard work but it wasn't natural

in the entire WORLD, only 2% of the population has the ability to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time; they are genetic freaks.

losing fat = catabolic process
gaining muscle = anabolic process.

both can't occur simultaneously in 98% of the population. unless this dude is in the 2%, he's on tren + hgh + test cyp & one helluva diet.

i doubt he did 30 total minutes of cardio.

you are correct

some of these dudes on here have no clue how genetics actually work

if he was in the 2% he wouldnt even look like regardless of lifting or not due to great genes and his ability to keep that in shape look regardless of his age

he ran a low dose of something

no one just flips a switch and all of a sudden get the itch to do that much cardio and workout unless they are spending some serious money on some shit and seeing results fast

this dude

mayne please.

i've trained "on and off" for 20 years...never touched a steroid once, not never ever NEVER...

...but if i wanted to RIGHT NOW i know who to call and what stacks and cycles to start right off the bat.

cause that's the nature of the business and the culture of the gym rats.

this dude is fulla shit.

i HATE it when folks sell a load of...wait...this motherfucker is using this as a marketing ploy.

watch in a few months his ass gone be on HSN selling his 90 day pro body system.

Exactly. I have lost 90 lbs in 20 months with lifting and cardio (337 lbs to 247 lbs). I just started running (~6 months ago). Calorie in take 2800.
Workout schedule:
3 days cardio (2 days long runs 4-6 miles); 1 day HIIT
3 days lifting ( heavy weights).
I look good, no six pack (21 % body fat).
This dude must have good genetics or doing something undercover. I have lifted on and off since I was 16.

i dont know wtf u dudes talkin about who say the before picture already had muscle. dude has zero definition everywhere. dude is fat in the before picture. he either lying about how much time it took or taking something.

On a second thought, I think I have seen this guy in a commercial in the past few months.

For what? Being fit and muscular attracts the best pussy! Your physique or your mouthpiece! What you got?

he's not muscular at all in that before picture. muscle look like muscle.

you have no idea what muscle looks like.

i know what muscle looks like, even when theres a layer of fat on it.

you DONT know what muscle looks like unless its on a cut person.

if you shut up long enough you might learn something, but yeah, we both know you aint gone do that.

Son, I'm in shape, I'm not all ripped but my face is gorgeous. Trust me. I can pull far more bitches just on my facial looks alone than any ripped up average or ugly nigga. I can see if a nigga is really ugly and this is their only chance at getting pussy but trust. This is not necessary for a nigga who looks like me.

u have no clue what u are talking about. u obviously have never trained a day in your life.

I am by far not a fitness head, but what's different between his results and someone doing p90X?

Exactly. You could tell he was a body building before he "bloated up" to take those before pics. You can see it in shoulders, chest, etc. He just bloated up and retained a gang of water weight but you can still see his form.

I have to agree on this one, aint no way he can drop that much body fat and gain tha much muscle in 3 months without help.

No to derail this thread but umm...outside of the debunking.

Can any of you pros tell a fool like me how to get real results like that in three months?

You most likely can't especially we without drugs. Usually a body transformation like that takes a few years. The problem is that we live in an instant gratification culture and these fitness fads are used to sell you fantasies. Efficacy is not as important as the image.

If you want goals like that then I suggest being realistic, and people will give you all types of anecdotes. Most if not all are bs. You don't get in great shape overnight.

BTW, I knew I saw him on a commercial. He was on one of those beachbody infomercials.
