Man loses 40 pounds, gains a six-pack and $50,000

You most likely can't especially we without drugs. Usually a body transformation like that takes a few years. The problem is that we live in an instant gratification culture and these fitness fads are used to sell you fantasies. Efficacy is not as important as the image.

If you want goals like that then I suggest being realistic, and people will give you all types of anecdotes. Most if not all are bs. You don't get in great shape overnight.

BTW, I knew I saw him on a commercial. He was on one of those beachbody infomercials.

Good points.

I told you...

Tren hard and eat clen

:yes::yes: and tren works like a motherfucker too.

i wish the french would start manufacturing parabolan again; that shit was the BEST!!! but as fast as it appeared, it disappeared.

:yawn2:Come on...

If it was truly that simple. No one would be out of shape.

Anyone with some real direction?

bullshit.

steroids are available all over europe and i believe in canada too.

simply taking steroids won't make you big. you have to:

1. workout hard.
2. eat & sleep properly.
3. workout correctly.
4. have the genetics to grow (good muscle bellies, etc)
5. workout hard.
6. eat & sleep properly.
7. not be a lazy fuck that injects and sofa sits.

it's NOT that easy, trust me. i know many, many mofos doing all kinds of roids but they're still the same size... but full of acne, hair, and oily skin.

without the genetics, you're wasting money. :smh::smh::smh:

However he did it one isn't getting lean like that without living in the gym and throwing around real weight.

* two cents *

I don't buy your whole "genetics" argument.

I remember reading a study from Time where 15 randomly chosen men were given steroids. They were instructed NOT to work out so the study could compare their results to men who were lifting weights naturally at the gym 4 to 5 times a week.

At the end, it was concluded all 15 men gained more strength than the ones who were lifting weights. This isn't to say the men were stronger than the men who were lifting weights. But simply saying they gained more strength than what they previously had versus the strength gains of the natural bodybuilders over a period of time.

Everybody can gain muscle naturally and everybody can gain more muscle with steroids.

Let's keep it real. The only thing that is truly difficult for most people is following a regime inclusive of proper dieting and lifting weights.

People have the energy to do it - especially, fat people or they wouldn't be fat in the first place. Most people are just mentally lazy. People don't like to hear that - "mentally lazy."

Having a physique that shows all your muscles because you only have 8 percent body fat is all math. Figure out what you need to eat and how often you should lift weights. Find out your BMI and all that shit.

If you do the math, it's easy as long as you're not "mentally lazy."

I don't think he is trying to be a bodybuilder. That is where genetics come into play the most, but steroids work. You still have to train properly and get adequate rest which steroids allows you to recover faster and train harder.

Exactly. You could tell he was a body building before he "bloated up" to take those before pics. You can see it in shoulders, chest, etc. He just bloated up and retained a gang of water weight but you can still see his form.

you posted a video...a VIDEO showing exactly what dude did...and another cat recognizes dude from a fitness commercial, yet gamersfuel still wants to come up in here saying this guy is legit.

picture a dude walking into a meeting about rocket science trying to debate but not knowing what thrust is.

HE may not know he's been exposed as a nincompoop, but everyone else there does.

You dont buy it because you fell for the oaky...

Trust me when they do those types of tests they always use people that has a similar background to the people they are tested against. Genetics play a big role it always will... genetics is the reason why you dont see bodybuilders on the damn football field or on the track regardless if they take steroids.

You need to research things before you start telling us who have been around this you dont buy into the genetics idea because it makes you sound like a clown....

There are brothers on here with degrees in this shit and know their shit.

Also I played with plenty of mentally lazy dudes....that didnt stop them from putting in muscle even though they didnt put I. The effort others put in who was on shit...genetics

Diet plays a role in how you look...but at the same time you must not fall for all that bullshit the fitness industry models and bodybuilders post about all that shit they are eating...try it and see if you look like them without the other serum

And fat people are born with certain cells that are already geared to produce fat...just look at little kids who are fat...are they fat because they are lazy....no its genetics...

ecto, endo and meso.

bodybuilding 101.

again, cats is exposing themselves.

but Osca is still patiently teaching...

Everyone is not doing because.... it is illegal, the side effects of roids are real, you still have to put in a ton of work in the gym and finally the biggest deal breaker....you gotta eat clean.

Only lazy people expect to hit the gym And get ripped in weeks.

Yep. That's basic bodybuilding 101. A guy like Kevin Durant is the type of guy that would struggle to put on mass and his body-type makes it difficult to even bench-press heavy weight. It's on record that he couldn't even bench press 145 lbs when he came into the NBA (long ass arms and skinny frame). He's probably an extreme hardgainer + extreme extomorph.

I think that's the most difficult part. When I really bulked up 10 years ago, the most difficult part was all the eating (clean eating)...seems like I was eating all fucking day (eggs, oatmeal,tuna)...just all day. I was always hungry. I couldn't eat 10 percent of that right now. That's what people use the supplements and meal-replacements.

I always found hitting the gym consistently and really pushing myself the easier part.

i'm fucked up in the middle of meso and endo.

i can LOOK at weights and gain muscle. its a BLESSING.

but my body SO wants to hold onto the fat.

thats the curse.

ah well.

I used to be a hardgainer when I was younger. I would murder the weights + eat well and would struggle to gain mass. I was an exto. When I say murder the weights, at my peak I was bench pressing over twice my weight (closer to 2.5x). I actually used to have people in the gym doing double-takes while I was racking up weights on the bar like "you bout to lift all that damn weight?"

I finally figured out a system that worked for me but it tooks years of experimenting and research. I purchased this program for hardgainers (actually a black guy created it..can't remember his name though) and that helped me get over a plateau and then I had a workout program that pretty much changed in 3 week shifts but I was working a muscle group once a week but with a completely different type routine once a week during those 3 weeks (customized from buildingbuilding.com) and I started to get big.

I wasn't discrediting dude because I was a hardgainer but I could tell he was a body builder... that's why i'm not shocked dude has been working out for 18 years.

Whatever he on I need to do a cycle .... Straight up...... I'd stop after that.....

When I first got back in the gym in June 2013i lost 40lbs in 6 months. Since then in the last 6 months I've lost another 5lbs max. Yeah I went from 290 to 245 in a year but losing so much so fast had me thinking I'd be losing a good 60 or more in a years time.

I can do the 900 calorie diet easily I don't eat a lot. I just need to know WHAT those 900 calories should be..... That's my problem..... That and mint creme Oreo cookies

got to be this cat.

i never have lifted heavy.

when i started working out FOR REAL...around '89 or so, i started a program i read about in Muscle and Fitness. it was called the russian mass program: the big wave.

you know back then anything called russian was thought of as superior cause them mafuggas was so big.

anyway, you find your max weight for what ever press you were doing, then warmed up with 8 to 10 reps @ 50%, then after 90 seconds do 3 reps of 90%, wait 30 seconds, 3 reps of 80% wait 30 seconds, then do 70% til failure. thats one set. repeat this twice with 90 seconds rest between each set. you're done with that body part.

since i started off doing that i didnt think it was a big deal. but folks who see it think you're some kind of superhero.

Son, I'm in shape, I'm not all ripped but my face is gorgeous. Trust me. I can pull far more bitches just on my facial looks alone than any ripped up average or ugly nigga. I can see if a nigga is really ugly and this is their only chance at getting pussy but trust. This is not necessary for a nigga who looks like me.

:smh:

only on BGOL.....

that's him! I think it was called SkinnyGuy.

I used to email dude like once every year or so because I would get a new laptop and would need to redownload all the material and get a new access code. You couldn't run it on more than one computer and wouldn't print all that shit out.

He was/is a cool dude.

anybody that believes genetics are not important must also believe that everyone...I mean everyone can build muscle equally.

fuck what your eyes say... :smh:

ask ANY pro bodybuilder if genetics are not important. anybody else taking the amount of drugs they do are not going to see the same results.

Genetics are a huge part of it. You get a narrow shoulder basketball type body like GREAT EXAMPLE phil heath and PACK muscle on a small frame with small joints he's gonna "look" WAY bigger than a cat like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson who is broad shoulder and bigger/football type body. Also Phil Heath is 5'9" which helps the illusion. The Rock had to work a SHIT TON more to GET to his Fast and Furious shape from his wrestling days He's also like 6'2" (tall guys have to work a degree harder). I met Ronnie Coleman back in 2013 and dude is like 5'9".... In the vids he "appears" to be 6'+ Genetics play a HUGE role

Yeah I'm taller than Ronnie Coleman I'm 6'2..... He's cool though he used to work out at a Bally's in South Dallas when I was in college up there. I'd see him there once or twice a month when I'd go...... Glad he wasn't there much though I got tired of hearing him scream LIGHT WEIGHT!!!!!!!! while doing bicep curls with the heaviest dumbbells they had in there :smh:

yeah I was always jealous of the short guys

This is how genetics play a major role in human development

I grew up with a dude who had big legs ever since we could remember...dude was always cut up and lil buff while i looked like a damn walking stick with a lil definition...

One day his dad came to see him and he was short like about 5'7 and dude had muscles..his dad calves was so big he cut the back of his cowboy boots just so they would fit...his moms was a short thick woman

which resulted in my buddy looking how he looked the only problem was i think he reached his genetic potential in high school he never got any bigger or stronger

my ol man is 6'2 he was that ol school 70's swole but over all he had big ass arms, chest and back he had a lil speed...legs was ok..now my moms was short barley 5'2 but she had some size to her and she ran track, won state back in the day as a sprinter and would take us to the track to workout and shit as kids

the result of that is me 6'4 like my ol man combined with my moms speed and quick twitch muscle fibers that somehow didnt allow my dads red slow twitch to overshadow them...thus resulting in a hybrid Ectomesomorph allowing me to have the height and muscle mass along with speed at the same time

You are your genetics that are passed down... now you can alter them to a certain point with synthetic juice as you see many are doing with advanced science applications... the shit has been happening longer than you think... it was just on hush mode for a while...

Now there are some genetically gifted mfs back in the day..im talking waaaaaay back... just look at old college records back in the 20's.... those dudes was putting up some amazing numbers back then
