Personally I have no problem with the Shark Card. The purpose was to help those out who love the game but can't put in the hours necessary to make money. I just don't think that are good value at the inflated price for yet so little in return. They(R*) should be called out for their greed. Also the cards should have lvl boost. You still need to lvl up for certain car and weapon unlocks that is what should be added to the Shark Card. For 59 dollars and change I should get 3.5 million and a jump of at least 30 lvl's.

Yeah I can respect that about the shark cards. Because when I was broke low level nobody on this game I would log 3 or 4 hours a night racing or playing survival missions. I didn't stop until I got 150k or higher. And I didn't spend any money. In my garage was one bike and 9 range rovers or that felon gt. He's broke because he wants to be broke.
But like you say the value doesn't coincide with the money spent.

No doubt he is a loser. He could have made legit money also by being cool with people with money(even before the gifting). They could have had cool people give him and his son modded cars to sell for a profit in return for some loyalty. But nooooo
he want to hate and be mad cause he broke and spent real money on top of that. If you going are going to bitch, then bitch about everything that is wrong such as server problems, tank spamming, and god mode. Money is really needed for ammo.
If anything, he should've complained about the nerfing of the payouts, or not having the heists already online - something that has something to do with him not having enough money that's actually Rockstar's fault.
Before the payouts got nerfed on the races, we would do 20-30 races back-to-back and we'd all come out with at least 100k, then add 5 complete survivals, that's another 100k, then flip some cars, do some missions, you could get 250k a day if you really put in some work.
But nah, he wanna be worried about somebody else bank account, and he want to bitch to Rockstar just to be on some snitchin' ass bitch ass hater shit. Muthafucka mad ain't nobody break bread with him before he gave Rockstar 40 dollars for some online chump change.

So I hop on and see the crew chasing this dude in a car, so naturally I start chasing him too, no questions asked.
Dude pulls up to the tank spawn location up north, and as soon as he hops out, I'm right there. BAM! Hit 'em with the sticky bomb.
He's dead, and his brand new tank is right there...
I steal the shit and after blowing his ass up several times and causing all kinds of mayhem and shit for about 5 mins...
Spyda says "you still got his tank?" and I'm like "yeah, and I'm about to cargobob this bitch so he can't get another one..."
Spyda loves this idea and jets to go get his cargobob
While he's doing that I'm keeping dude away from his tank because he's hit it a few times with his RPG and it's smokin'.
Dude is chasing me, so I go off radar and tell Spyda to meet me at the beach so he can pick it up in an open area.
So Spyda's waiting for me at the beach and I get there and dude is right behind me, so I blow him up one last time and I tell Spyda "don't wait, just pick me up and I'll hop out the tank"
Spyda picks it up on the first try (while it's storming rain by the way) and I hop out of it in-air and my dude does this fly ass tuck and roll motion out of the tank as Spyda lifts the shit into the sky and heads for the highest roof he can find. And I'm murdering the dude as he's trying to shoot at the cargobob (even though the shit was pretty much already gone).
So then after all that, dude is circling the block where the tank icon is on his map and can't find his shit.
I see him a few times on his phone, likely trying to call for another tank, but it wouldn't let him get another one until the first one is destroyed, so he was FUCKED for the rest of the session.
We killed dude like 20 more times after that
