Go to the pier and just punch and fight people. Go ALL THE WAY to the back, past the carnival rides and shit. The cops won't go back there because they can't drive back there. If they do come just dive off the pier into the water and swim under the pier until your wanted level goes away. Once it does go do it again. I'm gonna do this tonight because I want that one hitter quitter power.....

Then last week someone put a $2 billion bounty on me that I survived in a closed session & never deposited. Those that wen't and touch the DNS are the one's who should be worried.

A challenge was set. I completed the task within the parameters set by the challenge. I was rewarded money for doing that. If I had failed they would have taken money from me for failing complete the assignment as defined by the challenge rules.
So fuck them it was legal. They can have ALL MONEY my character has on his person as I haven't banked any cash I was gifted. But the money I banked I earned fair and square. My rank was earned fair and square. If R* try to take any of that away there will be some issues.

I put the rolled eyes cause R* would never let a mission payout be that much. But on the real they can take all my cash & clean my garage out. My rank is I really care about. It took alot of grinding to make it to lvl 100. I'll even buy a shark card to have cash on hand if they take everything.
In GTA 4 I would throw sticky bombs on the choppers at the airport & wait till someone got in then blow that shit up.
Man last night before you hopped on me and ghost got these dudes so cold.
So I was on top of LSC and ghost was at an angle aiming down to the door of LSC. He'd kill them out of their car the I'd throw a sticky bomb on the trunk of their car. Then we'd let them get their cars back. As they drove off thinking they had got away I'd blow they shit up! Dudes was like WHAT THE FUCK????
They were so bent on getting their car back they never even saw the sticky bomb I put on the trunk of their car. One dude got so tight he went and IMMEDIATELY got a tank. We killed him out of that bitch before he could start getting his revenge on us. After he saw we wasn't to be fucked with he left LSC all together and went to another side of the map and never came back.
And hand grenades + high ground are the way to go for a tank. You know when you got em scared or hurt because they will flee the area and not come back. Once they do i break out the rpg and finish them off. I have a tank but to me it's more fun to piss them off by fucking up their tanks without having to use my own.

on the Cool they can take my money back down to what I had before the challenges. I was at 3.7 million at that time.
But my rank? HELL NO! we worked for that and it shows in free roam. We ALL fuck people up in free roam so us being over 100 is justified by how we play the game when going against other players on the server.

I'm just curious. For guys who have modded or cheated to get millions or billions, what's your thought process? Does it make the game more fun?
Personally, if I modded to get money for everything it takes the fun out the game. Half of it lies in getting to that level, or earning the money to buy something I wanted.

Yeah. I jumped in a room and saw 20mil bounties. Saw a guy with a 9K bounty too. Five head shots with my sniper and he didn't drop. So now I do private rooms with five or six people and that's that.
I get where you're coming from though. God mode is bullshit. I honestly don't get it. Not to get deep but it really is indicative of these youngsters vs. our generation.
They want it all without effort. So god mode and mods for billions. Weak shit if you ask me.
The way I maxed it out was the method where you jump on the back of a NPC's truck (it has to have a big flatbed for you to stay on it while it's moving; like a dump truck or something), shoot a shot in the air to make the driver scared and start driving, and then start stomping on the truck while the driver is driving, and you do that for like 5 minutes per bar (I think it was like 120 stomps per bar).
Then for stealth, you just go to the beach or somewhere out in the open, and just stealth walk for like 20 minutes. Just put a rubber band around the two controller sticks and he'll just walk around in a circle in stealth mode, and that'll max stealth.

Nobody on the 360 hacked or cheated to get ours. But I was happy to grind doing races, missions, & whatever to get my $2 million before the hacking started. I meant some cool people grinding to make cash & rank up in the crew & outside it. I was only friends with Spider & Scottie when GTA online first started. I got a army of crew members on my list now.

Not saying VectorVega modded or cheated to get where he is. That dude is a grinder. we've ran plenty of races, missions, and free roam sessions together. But that guy lost his initial character. As did others. Hell the boy liquid conscious was at one time #1 in the crew on Xbox. Then his character got deleted and I took over #1. Many other people lost characters, lost cars, lost apartments and other purchases, etc. Then R* come along offering 500k for their troubles. How is that useful when you possibly had more money than that vested in their other characters that vanished. Or when you consider that some jeans/boots cost $500 that money goes QUICKLY.
Plus they nerfed payouts on all missions, especially races and offered shark cards: spend real dollars for in game funds.
Basically people feel like they're owed something for all the shit they've endured while playing and enjoying this game.

missions were boring...got bored very easily w/ story mode...w/ the $$$ it was a combo of greed...trial and error...and "luck" being gifted $$$ which I had no control over...the end result was the same tho...just needed $$$ for guns and ammo...truth be told outta all the vehicles I have I mostly use the bati 801 and the buzzard attack chopper...same thing w/ getting my rank...I wanted a rank just high enough to get access to the guns...@ lvl 68 I was nicer than a lot of lvl 100+ dudes imo...I didn't like R* limiting access to the guns just based on rank...it's another way to just make the players jump thru the hoops doing these boring ass missions to lvl up + get $$$ when I just want to get in the fray and shoot it up w/ some players...but w/ the $$$ even if I did everything "fair and square" I woulda still had @ least 2 billion $$$ just from randomly being given $$$...I have no real excuse for the other 12 billion tho

ya plus your stats will still look froggy when they see how much $$$ you have received from others...once you've been gifted $$$ there's not much that can be done...it's just a matter of what R* is willing to do about it...and I can't see them banning ppl for receiving $$$ from others beyond their control...they have to ban/deal w/ the modders 1st imo
It's almost laughable Rockstar is going to punish people who exploited their broken game when it was them who exploited US. The launch was delayed AND faulty. How many pages in this thread were filled with people who couldn't even log on. People bought cash cards and lost the money AND the character.
Funny we had to "bear with" them, now it's fuck us. How many people have lost countless hours trying to rebuild deleted characters? Spending money on recovering cars? They couldn't even get cars right in story mode. How the fuck would it sound if car companies stop making cars because aftermarket companies made better products?
