Has anyone ever seen an NFL season where some teams didn't stink?

Looking at the rankings, some team did a 180. The Giants and Redskins suck this year, and as an Eagles fan, I'm happy these other teams are losing...but the entire division is bad. It's like we are battling to be the best of the worst.
